DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport

It is a little outdated. But the stay was nice. The Bar/Restaurant is a huge bonus. Winston is a great guy. Sam not so much. Overall I would come back again.

Very professional staff

I had a toilet leak, made me late for work. Front desk did not give me parking credit as offered and charged me parking charges.

All was good. Had a nice meal of soup & chicken wrap.

Clean rooms

When I booked my room, my price was $199. I later saw the same room on the same site listed at $154. I called and was told that it was not possible to change the price. I parked my car one night and was charged $30 + tax. I did not valet park. The site lists parking at &15 a night. When I told the staff this I was informed that all parking is valet. I was thoroughly upset and disappointed at the service. I will never stay there again.

Comfortable Nothing

The staff was helpful, but the facility has been heavily used and the rooms show it. The shuttle bus got us to the airport on time and at the correct place. The only complaint is that the hotel sent us a message that the shuttle bus ran every 30 minutes and that it would pick up at shuttle bus pick up 2G. We arrived back into the US and had to drag our bags from one end of the terminal building to the other to get to the 2G location. We waited about 20 minutes and there were several waiting for the shuttle bus when the bus pulled up the driver hopped out and said his bus was full already because he picked up at stop 2B which is where we had walks from because the email had said 2G. We waited over an hour to be picked up. Not very happy about that. Made for a very late night after traveling for 12 hours already.

It was great. Only issue was $16 parking a day

Room was clean, but a kind of insect in bathroom was seen.

Clean hotel near airport

The property had no microwave in the rooms, tried to warm my baby’s milk and from t desk said there was not for me to use. Front desk had me standing as they chatted. I was back the next week and booked at embassy suites

The room was large, and the staff was friendly. Overall, I would recommend this place and come back again.

Hotel is a little worn - needs renovations. It was clean, rooms were large because it's older, and you didn't hear the planes coming and going. We would definitely stay again. This place is huge and parking is easy underneath and the elevator takes you straight up. And there are the Doubletree cookies, which are excellent as always.

Everything was so beautiful.

Was stranded overnight at Dulles--they were ready to receive last minute reservations (10p) and guests. Were helpful in securing the shuttle in the morning to go back to the airport. Room was comfortable, clean, pleasant.

No heater, no microwave, creepy elevators, parking sucks. But got a free cookie so made stay much better.
