DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport

It was a great stay! No complaints about anything

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, ALSO EVENING MEAL WAS TOP NOTCH. Stay was good. The shop on second floor selling litre bottles of water (i'm a type II diabetic) was top notch.

The room was clean, staff were nice, bar was cool but closes at 10pm. In general was a nice stay.

Reservation from 07/31/2026-08/02/2026. We got there at 3pm for check in and the system was down they didn't start manual check-ins until 7pm. So we literally had to wait around with our luggage for 4 hours. We were told there was a pool on the property, no pool. We had to pay for parking ON HOTEL PROPERTY! The lotion, soap, and shampoo they provide in the room is in a soap dispenser instead of the personal mini bottles so if you dont have your own you'll be using the same soap as the last 20 guests that had the room. Our soap was about half empty so it had been in there for a while. The shower heads were janky, 2 knobs, 2 shower heads and both knobs controlled both heads. No premium channels on the TV. Really the only good thing was the comfortable king size bed and the hotel restaurant had good food. Other than that I do not recommend staying here...

I’ll never stay there

The DoubleTree is conveniently close to IAD. We chose to spend the night there before an early morning departure and we’re glad that they had a shuttle that began their first run at 4 AM.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, and the staffs were kind. The airport shuttle service was also convenient and made my arrival stress-free.

Great place to stay.

The parking is the only issue I had. Every time I tried to find parking, it was full. Had to park in the street off the property and walk 1/2 block to the hotel.

Arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Everything was fine except that the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance.

Parking was not the best.

Very clean, spacious, and perfect for a stay before your flight.

The airport shuttle is the best feature,! The acess is so convinient, the frequency is accommodating & the staff welcoming!

The room had no working air conditioning. After I raised the issue, the staff moved me to another room, but the A/C in that room was also not functional.
