The rooms are clean but very old, need to update. Also need to change the mattress and pillows. Very old and lumpy. Pillows are very flat

The hotel is not a 5-star hotel in terms of amenities, but the room was comfortable. It was very nice to have a kitchenette and a couch, which gave us a place to rest and feel more at home. I also used the lobby space for online meetings, and it worked well for me. Coffee in the lobby was always available. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. I especially liked the laundry room, since we stayed longer and it was very convenient to have a place to wash and dry clothes. For me, the best value of this hotel is its staff. The service provided by the staff is beyond what I would expect even from a 5-star hotel. They were always helpful, and the free shuttle service was incredibly useful for someone without a car, as I was.

The nighttime (after 11) front desk lady was very rude and house keeping came in our room while we were sleeping before check out.

Rooms we’re comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The location worked well for what we needed, with the added benefit of a selection of food places and a cool brewery across the road. The breakfast was limited.

Clean comfortable rooms. Health options for breakfast. Within walking distance to a green belt with a running/biking trail. Offers a shuttle to the airport, but does not offer the shuttle for early morning flights.

This property needs attention. The elevators were broken. The lighting is weak and the breakfast is very mediocre. I outstay here again. The people working were trying hard to get things fixed but I would say this is an upper management problem. They don’t want to put any money into the place.

It seems there was a water issue in the hallway that was being addressed with dehumidifier and pretty strong carpet cleaner. The odor was strong but there was not moisture.
