Felt new. Was very clean. Convenient to I15 & 395. Lots of food opportunities for dinner. Across the street from In-and-Out. Excellent breakfast variety.

Arrangement of room (2 queens and sofa bed couch). Could have used double recliner love seat instead of soda bed for watching TV. All hotels should be regulated to provide elevated toilets on all rooms and handheld shower attachment on shower head, not just accessible rooms. Shirt toilet; concave bathtub; no handheld attachment to shower head.

First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns all the time. I will never stay at this one in Victorville ever again.

Breakfast was amazing, great service all around. The luggage cart was a plus to haul your luggage around。House keeping was great and overall excellent service. The only negative thing was the elevator was out of service at the moment and the stairs had to be used to come up and down if your room is on the second or third floor. Overall, I had a great time at Best Western.

The elevator wasn't working. The gym equipment is oldest and obsolete.

The room was clean and spacious.The bed was comfortable and It’s a quiet area for the most part. I would definitely stay here again.
