The pillows way too flat and there were no extra pillows to give us.. The floor and the tile on the bathroom was pretty dirty.

It was ok I didn’t get the welcoming attitude with front desk. Room has a really strong nasty smell Floor was not really clean.

The staff disappeared for what seems like forever while the lobby is full of people wanting to check in and/or out or get any kind of assistance. They are definitely short staffed. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

I have stayed at every motel in the high desert and nothing compares to the motel 6 by the 15fwy.Absolutely the best staff and maids.They are all so friendly and very accommodating.The manager lady is super nice and helpful.Maintenance workers are quick to help out with luggage very impressive. Great shopping area across the street and a wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant next door.

The hotel in general is good also the customer service is good as well. Well when I get there in July 25th around 11:00 p.m. to check in the from desk guy told me that there is no room for me even if I have the book in confirmation number . So I basically get on the street with out hotel at that time on Saturday night with my girlfriend

The guy told me that 3:30 IS after 3PM. I replied back: ya, so is 5PM, or 8PM. So after 3PM can be anytime after that time. Rooms should be ready by 3PM! Bathroom has no shampoo or conditioner. Had to wash my hair with soap. Bathroom door hinges squeak really badly every time you open the door. Two drops of WD40 would take care of the problem. Easy fix. There are no clocks in the room, and no lamps on the counters by the bed. Just a switch on the wall for the main room light, which is not within reach when in bed. So they just had to empty counters on each side of the bed. Odd. Seems like the staff doesn't care about the little things that make a stay comfortable & enjoyable. Most of these issues are easy & cheap to fix. I won't be back!!!!!!!

The service was fast and easy. No problem checking in. Room was pretty spacious. Bed was so comfortable. I will definitely go back. I can’t say nothing negative about my stay.

I felt that staff was very helpful. They had customer service skills at all times. For example one staff named Arianna was so kindly going out of her way to help me get ice They also helped with concerns and questions. Even at check out time the staff member name David was very courteous and friendly. Answered questions and even offered some coffee for the road .
