I ran into a physical health issue and the staff was very kind of helping me in whichever way they could. Highly recommend to anybody to stay.

On our last night, we got back to our room late. In the parking lot I noticed a vehicle in the parking lot with the passenger door open. We didn’t approach incase someone was inside. But it was late and I saw the guard inside the reception lobby, so I mentioned it to the security guard. She took immediate action to check it out. The hotel showed me how serious they are about safety for the customers.

Rose was amazing we had an awful experience at a different hotel brand and Rose turned our day better. She greeted us with a smile, she was empathetic to what we had been through and even offered suggestions on what to do near the hotel. Our weekend literally was a mess but Rose definitely added light to our last night of our holiday weekend.

The attitude of the staff and the great little lobby bar ! Nothing

The hotel is very nice, room was clean with comfy beds. The pool spa had really loud rude guest blasting music with no consideration for others in the pool area, I let staff know and it took the over ten minutes to address it, super ghetto guest, breakfast says included but was not.

The pool area was great, both indoor and outside. Didn't use the bar, there is a Bistro and it was fabulous!

Clean rooms, staff was quick and efficient. Didn’t use the bar or pool so can’t comment on that. Would off been nice if they offered free coffee, but you have to purchase it from the morning bar.

We always stay here when we race. It’s clean and nice and comfortable. We’ll be back.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. The place was clean to the eye... don't walk barefoot in your room unless you don't mind black feet. The gym had just enough equipment to get a decent workout with towels and water readily available. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. My complaint was the spa... visible mold along the rim and safety railing was loose on one side. The Cafe, Starbucks and bar all in one... was convenient unless you wanted to use Starbucks app. They do not use the app at all. My family and I stayed three nights. All of us were able to sleep very well.
