Breakfast and staff were great. Nothing over the top but they made it feel like it was.

We also really appreciated that the hotel allowed us to have a late check-out, which was definitely a plus. One area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the bathtubs. They could be cleaned more thoroughly, as the drain in our bathroom was noticeably stained. Overall, the staff provided very good service, and we especially appreciate José Luis for how quickly and kindly he handled the situation.

Was a very nice hotel breakfast was really good parking very easy, but I got through very early room was really clean. Staff was extremely hopeful.

There were a lot of street people hanging around. And also there were bugs in our room. A spider in the bathroom that was very large and ants by the bed stand.

Great breakfast, comfy bed, nice shower. No frills really but we needed a place to stay along our travels and this fit the bill.

The room was not throughly cleaned still had stains on the tables and the carpet was not vacuumed. Also had ants crawling around our room.

Most everything Bathroom nessesitiees, no hair dryer and not enough towel and wash clothes. No iron just an ironing board.

no issues with the breakfast, sad to see no one was leaving a small tip. We are not picky but, the room was next to the maid room and front desk. We could hear people walking and talking at night, one night i could hear a vacuumed going at 2am. the road noise is hard to not hear.

Asked for top floor didn’t receive it. Property doesn’t accommodate guests that book third party. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Pool & hot tub were unmaintained and milky. Common areas were hot and had a weird smell. Rooms remodeled but aren’t well maintained. Staff making breakfast turned off the pancake maker 15 minutes before breakfast was supposed to be over.

We picked this location in particular because of the pool so we were disappointed that it was under maintenance. However, the breakfast was great and we had a a great night's sleep. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
