Great

We had to be in town for a funeral that started at 3:00. Check-in is at 3:00. We got there really early, about 12:15 and they said they would try to have the room ready by 1:30, for a $30 early check-in fee (which could be waived at 2:30). Since we needed to change and freshen up for the funeral, we agreed. We went back at 1:35, still not ready. Left and came back at 2:10 and they did have a room ready...they "waived" the early check-in fee because of our circumstances, but as far as I am concerned, it was almost at their "waived" period anyhow. The room was clean but about 1:30 am there was a lot of noise, we think from the room next door or above us, that lasted to at least 4 am. While we should have called the desk we were exhausted from the drive down and the funeral. I know they can't do anything about the noise unless they are told, so that was on us, but still seemed like other noises were going on in the hall way. Just not a very quiet hotel in our experience. I will probably try a different hotel if there is a need for us to go down there again.

Nice clean hotel somewhat friendly staff. I asked for early check-in a few days before they said they would didn’t hold to their word. The pool took two days to get fixed, but besides, that was a good experience.

I usually stay at a different hotel, but thought I would give this one a try, because it was closer to what I needed. Well, this place didn’t disappoint. The staff was great, I had arrived extremely late and had contacted regarding this. And it was no problem. For me the amenities and the really comfortable bed was major plus. Very convenient to get to. I could go on, I was really impressed. This will now be my place to stay when I visit California High Desert.

There is not enough parking in the parking lot, and there was a burned out car in one of the stalls, which made me pretty nervous about parking there. Rooms are loud if you are facing hwy 15. I left my room in the morning. The maids cart was literally sitting right next to my door. When I came back I. The late afternoon, the room still had not been cleaned. Will not stay here again.

This was a nice holiday in express suites. They had an indoor pool and hot tub. It's a kid friendly hotel. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet. They are conveniently located and close to the freeway. I would stay here again !

Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!

Breakfast was great! The options were good and everything was well stocked. One of my room keys didn't work. Other than that, everything was good.
