Room location were good They didn't take cash for my deposit and they kept my deposit because I had to buy a prepaid mastercard to pay for the deposit now there keeping my money that's 50$ that I lost this isn't the first time they do me like this too

I would give them a zero if I could. They said that there was dye in the bathtub and wouldn't give back the refund. Then when asked to speak to a manager He said that there was nobody available and there was nothing they could do. On top of that the last 24 hours the TV didn't work. My mother is disabled and they put her on the 3rd floor. They didn't give back the deposit for some bogus reason. My mother doesn't dye her hair .

How close it is to the stores restaurants and banks wtc. Some of the people that walk around at night outside seem questionable ?

It was close to what I needed to be.

The room was not ready for us it still had a pile of dirty sheets. Then they moved us room but the noise above us kept us up all night .and then it took us until 4 the next day to get a different room on the 3d floor with no one offering a discount

The receptionist David was amazing and very helpful he went all out his way to get my room situation handled The bathroom had pubic hair i waited 2 hrs for my room due to cleaning staff not letting front desk know what rooms were available and still cleaning rooms... the morning iris kept calling my phone being very rude and disrespectful I was woken up by cleaning service told them I will be out shortly I speak Spanish so I understood the convo over the walkies... also room 110 door doesn't close i had to keep checking the door it opens every time someone exits out the door next to it ... the ice machine on first floor doesn't work had to walk up the stairs to second floor

Don’t stay here. At 3:50p we were told to come back in 1/2 hour; room wasn’t ready. Returned at 4:30p and front desk staff had gone to dinner. No one to check in ANY guests. Told it would be 6p before anyone there. Also the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. I want my money back but I bet that will never happen. We left and went across the freeway to Best Western and had an excellent experience.
