Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside

Like the hotel for the most post. I didn't like that it was so far away from downtown. Hotel was clean

Parking was easy.

My room was clean but the iron board was broken and the iron didn’t work. I ask the front desk for help. But didn’t resolve until the last day. The front desk girls were very unfriendly and rude. We have 3 rooms. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I paid over $200 a night and the hotel was in terrible condition. My room smelled awful. The staff was not helpful. The whole place smelled like cannabis. The door on my room would barely latch. I attempted to find a different hotel because I did not want my family in such a poor atmosphere, but unfortunately everything was booked so we had to stay there. If you have a family, do not waste your time here.

But this isn’t why the reviewer is giving this hotel a 1 star. I get to my room and there are no sheets and pillows on the bed. Odd. Then I turn on the lights and the pillows are on the desk along with a balled up blanket. Whatever, I just need to survive the next 5 hrs in this room. I go to the bathroom and lift the seat. There is a FLOATING PILE OF FECES STILL IN THE TOILET. I ran out of the room like I was chased by dementors. A woman at the desk immediately apologized and rectified the situation and got me another room. I was still DISGUSTED and upset. Meanwhile the entire interaction, Hagrid just sat there annoyed and didn’t apologize or look my direction. If you can avoid it, pleeeeease, I beg you, do NOT book this hotel unless Hagrid is no longer working here.

Cold water in shower. Outdated property

The room smell like pee the carpet smell like pee. There was not a lot of water pressure. The showerhead in there was so old and brown. It was horrible. That was a horrible hotel and no they do not offer complementary breakfast. They lied about that and they overcharge what you all were supposed to be charging so no I didn’t like anything about the best Western. I will never stay there again.

A sad property. Just okay.

El cuarto tenia mal olor

Loud AC noise. Loud noise from highway next to it. Too terrible.

The advertisement had free wifi but no working wifi. Could not get any one who knew how to do the t v set up. They gave me a password to login in but the TV would not allow the log in. Front desk was of no help. So my entire stay was without wifi. For $200. A night i should have at least receive what I paid for.

They don't clean rooms, exhaust was not working, told staff they didn't do anything

This hotel has really gone down! We were being propositioned at the door and in the lobby as we were checking in. The hotel staff was agreeing with them and telling us to go for it. Room was sub-par. Only stayed the one night because it was too late to find something else. Checked out the next morning and they wanted to give us a hassle about checking out early. Will never stay there again!

The hotel was clean and that far of a drive from downtown Chicago. It was easy to find a place to eat if you didn't want to eat downtown for dinner.

Restaurant was in need of many repairs. Cleanliness was in question

I really like and enjoy all the amenities and I really recommend this Hotel

Good spot for $.

I would recommend Best western plus to friends and I would stay here again.
