Here is a breakdown of why our stay was an absolute disaster: Sweltering First Impression: Walking into the hotel, we were immediately hit with hot, stagnant air. The lobby had no working air conditioning, making waiting around completely unbearable. Rude & Disinterested Service: The front desk experience was just as bad as the heat. The check-in staff member was blatantly rude and acted like simply having to assist us was a massive burden. Unacceptable Delays: Official check-in was at 3:00 PM, yet our room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM. Waiting an extra hour in a lobby with no A/C while being ignored by staff is not acceptable. Basic Amenities Ignored: Even though our reservation explicitly listed 3 guests—and we reminded staff of this—we were only given 2 towels. Requesting basic necessities shouldn't feel like pulling teeth. Major Privacy & Safety Issue: The housekeepers just let themselves right into our room without properly knocking or waiting for a response. It felt like a total violation of privacy.

The hotel it's self was good and convenient location, however if you are staying multiple nights u will have to request them to come clean and refresh towels because they will not come

I don’t want their behavior to reflect the hotel itself because it was a decent hotel and provided me the things I needed while feeling safe as a pregnant, single, female, staying by myself!

Great place and affordable Pricing

There was a party happening in one of the rooms next to us. Talked with the front desk twice and it was never dealt with.

Saturday it rained I had 3 water leaks the hotel was booked couldn't change rooms. Finding clean towels took hours to retrieve, house keeper never brought them to my room. I had a very bad experience

Staff was extremely helpful. My flight had been cancelled day of my reservation but they held my room for me. Very fast

This unforeseen and complete failure of both elevators rendered guests residing on upper floors without any access to vertical transportation for the remainder of our visit. The ensuing logistical difficulties were substantial, necessitating repeated use of numerous flights of stairs. This included the demanding physical effort of transporting all luggage and personal belongings to our room upon check-in and subsequently back down upon departure. Such unexpected and strenuous exertion significantly detracted from our comfort and ultimately diminished the overall quality of what we had hoped would be a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a smell. When I walked in my AC unit was turned down to 52 so the room was freezing. Staff didn’t seem to be able to answer many questions. Refrigerator leaked. Iron did not work properly. The coffee pot had residue in it. I was thankful I was only there to sleep for a few hours.

This hotel served its purpose for business travel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at this location with friends for 4 nights and 5 days during Chicago visit. No welcoming gesture by front desk lady during check-In. Safe in the room was not working. No breads in breakfast only bagels. Bagels also did not taste fresh. I have stayed many times in Holiday Inn, different locations in Canada and US somehow this location in particular was below Holiday Inn standard.

It was ok for the cost. No service at all.

The room was sparse, the staff was friendly but not particularly oriented toward taking care of guests. One staff member put her leg in the elevator to stop it after we were in it, and then kicked a bag of clean towels into it, shouted something to another staff member and got into the elevator as if this was normal. That's just an example. I think we're spoiled by staying in Marriott hotels.

It was clean with a good location I had to go down and ask for clean towels. No one refreshed our room the 4 days we were there.

The rooms were clean the staff was great and breakfast was delicious! The front desk had different staff every day and they were all great. Thank you!

Breakfast was excellent..staffing was wonderful to us and help anyway if needed.. Elevator was slow and the other elevator wasn’t working..
