Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West - O'Hare Arpt Area by IHG

Everything was amazing. If I must come back to the city, I would stay here again. Thank you for the good service and experience.

Bed Sheets have a smell, needs more work in general

Staff was very helpful. Location was convenient. Parking lot was safe

Everything was good. Staff was very friendly and room was in great condition. The king bed was great as well.

Strong smell of marihuana . One person smoking marihuana in the parking lot. And a lot if noise during the night . A guy with awful music and car noise outside really laud. That aside, everything very good

The pancake machine needs some tweaking. They are coming out raw

The customer service was horrible.

Slight downfall, the staff we encountered could be friendlier. The 3 we met acted as though we were bothering them at check-in, then purchasing a snack and then again at check-out. Last disappointment, as a short person (5’2”), the toilet was short. The shower head was so high I felt like there was only a light sprinkle of water coming down. Which took forever getting shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Took bad it wasn’t lower and had an attached hose. We could move things around better. The shower head was taller than my 6’2” husband even. He said it was a bit high too.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, easy on / off freeway to our other destinations!!

Room was clean and ready to be used. Only complaint, suggestions is there is no exhaust fan in this bathroom.

Top to bottom so far one of the best I n have stayed at

The rooms where clean breakfast was good only issue i had was with front desk staff the graveyard & night front desk employees where very rude one was sleeping at 12 am & the others where just plain rude but the property was good food & room was great.

It was restored get to local attractions from here.

My key stop working every day that I was there and my toilet wouldn’t work.

Business and visiting a church.

Nothing The person who checked us in was rude. When I asked questions she didn’t even speak just pointed at a sign that didn’t have the answer to the questions I was asking. I called multiple times and left messages regarding questions beforehand no one answers the phone.

Everything

Room was clean. Hotel needs upgrades. Breakfast was good enough.

The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. Both helped out in friendly and exceptional ways.
