Dear Expedia, I believe I have been charged significantly more than expected for my hotel booking. The hotel clearly stated that the maximum room rate was $250 per night, yet I was charged nearly $1,500 for a 4-night stay. This does not seem fair, especially since the normal room rate is around $199 per night. Even allowing for a reasonable profit margin of $50 per night, there still appears to be a substantial overpayment that should be refunded. I have booked through Expedia because I trust your service, and I would like to continue using Expedia for future bookings. However, I kindly request that you review this charge and refund the excess amount that was charged to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. It was a little dirty. The stay was fine. We also did not have any shower gel or tissues.

Everything ok except lock worked ioff and on when attempting to access room no hot water last day

The bathroom floors & tub were extremely slippery. One of our party fell in the tub

The desk person look like he was from the ghetto. He was not pleasant. Just sitting watching the soccer game, not paying attention.

When checking in the attendant wasn't able to be too helpful, there were no rolling beds available, no extra towels were clean, no house keeping staff on duty. The next day the guy there in the morning got us the things we needed ( bed, extra towels ) he was very nice, friendly. Majority of the staff was pleasant. Our cards stopped working the day after check in, after breakfast. It was inconvenient but easily fixed. Breakfast was weird choice of food... not your typical buffet at a hotel. They served the same options every morning of our stay. Sign said a 50$ hold on cards will be placed, I was charged more than 50$. Waiting for that to be released back to me still. Pool was great, clean, they had towels available for guest, not too cool not to warm environment. They have items available to purchase for meals, which is a plus. Stores are very close by as well. Ihop located right next door. Overall it was a pleasant stay. All issue were very very minor and quickly resolved. Just which they had basic breakfast options like scrambled eggs bacon or waffles available for breakfast buffet.

Overall room was not clean. Hair all over the sink, blood on the tissues. When brought up to the front desk lady she didn’t even care.

Just not a good Holiday Inn. In fact it looked as much as a rent by Hour hotel as I have seen in years based on the comings/goings of the "staff".

Here is a breakdown of why our stay was an absolute disaster: Sweltering First Impression: Walking into the hotel, we were immediately hit with hot, stagnant air. The lobby had no working air conditioning, making waiting around completely unbearable. Rude & Disinterested Service: The front desk experience was just as bad as the heat. The check-in staff member was blatantly rude and acted like simply having to assist us was a massive burden. Unacceptable Delays: Official check-in was at 3:00 PM, yet our room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM. Waiting an extra hour in a lobby with no A/C while being ignored by staff is not acceptable. Basic Amenities Ignored: Even though our reservation explicitly listed 3 guests—and we reminded staff of this—we were only given 2 towels. Requesting basic necessities shouldn't feel like pulling teeth. Major Privacy & Safety Issue: The housekeepers just let themselves right into our room without properly knocking or waiting for a response. It felt like a total violation of privacy.

The hotel it's self was good and convenient location, however if you are staying multiple nights u will have to request them to come clean and refresh towels because they will not come

Love the cleanliness and the atmosphere was great

The rooms are always very clean and the bed is very comfortable every time we stay here. Nothing to not like!

I don’t want their behavior to reflect the hotel itself because it was a decent hotel and provided me the things I needed while feeling safe as a pregnant, single, female, staying by myself!
