Kind and helpful front desk woman.

The location was good My TV wasn't working ,and no staff came to fix it or change my room afterI complained about it.The hardwood floor was unevened.I'll never stay there again..

I expect more for my money.

No breakfast served, rooms had staind carpet and smelled like dog. Appliances were old, and room had bugs never got the towels we asked for and we're told there are no extra pillows available.

It’s ok There was roaches and it was to expensive for only one night

We did not stay. Extremely dirty. Smells made us feel sick. Floors were slimy. Very noisy.

The room was not clean. I asked for extra towels and did not get them.

I booked this hotel because it said there was free breakfast and a kitchenette. Well, there is no breakfast here at all and the kitchen was not the cleanest. I did like that there are kitchens in the rooms. I absolutely did not like my original room bed giving me bedbugs and the staff acted like I brought in the bugs with me. The female receptionist said I was trying to blackmail her. I don’t know this woman to blackmail her. I gave my paperwork from the doctor and her, along with a male, on 7/25/26 argued with me in front of other customers making me feel uncomfortable and not valued. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I didn’t know exactly what to do. I know I didn’t want to take my possibly infested luggage to my family house. My plans were derailed. The clothing I had picked out for the days there, I could not wear due to the ugly red marks on my legs . I became miserable due to my legs itching and swelling and the staff treated me like a criminal right in front of other people. I should not have to pay for a stay where I got bedbugs!! The hallways, stairways and elevator were all dirty. There is trash throughout the property to include the parking lot . Window fixtures are damaged. This hotel needs to be condemned. Even walking on the floors in the lobby is unstable. Seems to maybe be water damage because the floors are warped. There are holes in the walls. I have video footage.
