you could only get towels from 5 to 9, which sucks because we're on vacation and we leave to enjoy the big city. We should not have to wait around just to get towels. I tried to get them early one day before we headed out and was told that we had to wait until 5. we asked for an iron and was told they would call me back in 10 min. 30 min later, I just had to walk up front to get one and had to wait 20 min for that. the washing machine did not work, I tried 2 different machines. when i asked the staff about them, he said sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I will say the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here, and we’ve never had any complaints before... but this last time, there were a few things we didn't like. First, we were given a room with a dirty bathroom, and the TV didn't work; also, the chairs had been left in the room but the table was missing. I asked to switch rooms and was moved to the second floor; the room itself was fine this time, but there was a bad smell—cigarette smoke and other odors. In the elevator, it looked like someone had gone up, left their socks behind, and broken something; outside the elevator, there was a pair of dirty pants. Things happen, of course, but I think they should clean it up immediately rather than leaving it like that—we were out for two hours, and when we got back, the mess was still there.Sorry I never like to give bad reviews…

This is the worst hotel ever

Building looks better from the outside. Once inside, hotel looks old and has a really weird smell. The curtains in our room was ripped on one side therefore it wouldn't close all the way. Bed was as comfy as it will get for the price. I did wished they put more then one bath towel in the room, there were two of us. Overall decent stay for they price just didn't like the weird smell that was throughout the hotel and in my room.

Horrible

The room smelled terrible (old smoke and body odor), there was no shampoo, the toilet seat slid off when you sat on it, and the snack shelf for purchase was nearly empty. And the fire alarm went off at 0300 and no one could turn it off. They at least refunded my unpleasant stay.

Really nice and helpful staff, room was great. Will be back!

Everything was terrible.Never recommend for nobody ever

They were beastly tv didn’t work need bed mattresses was dirty full of stains, cats hanging out the window people close hanging out the window I didn’t like the property at all. The employees was rude.

N/A The bedsheets feels used, pillow smells like used, the floor had alot of crumbs on the ground, blood stain on the floor, no full marrior, toilet seat not installed properly.

Nothing. Place is totally garbage Joke that they charge 300 a night plus 100 deposit. They should tear down the place. Dead roach in bathroom. TV didn't work. Smelled like old Indian food.
