Beach House Resort Hilton Head

The property was beautiful, and with the exception of the woman who checked us in, everyone was exceptional. The women who checked us in was very rude and I think was upset that I used booking.com after asking her the rate of one night stay. She never gave me the rate, told me booking.com was cheaper. She then continued to stall checking us in, she was waiting for the reservation to go through. I informed her I had an email confirmation after about 15 min, waiting, she then confirmed it was in her system . Every other person was very friendly.

Awesome location , food good I think the rooms could be a little bit nicer

Everything was excellent! There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is incredible. The beach is amazing. I like to do my hair, put on make-up in a mirror. The only place to do that was the bathroom so essentially two could not be in the bathrrom at the same time. Maybe a make-up mirror? Extra outlets?

Love the location very convenient, great restaurant the beach view was great the only problem was that our room was vacuum very well we could feel the sand on the floor ohter then that everything was good.

Rooms are old. Very small bathroom. Ice machine out of order on our floor for entire stay. Our cloths and other items in our room became very damp while AC running.

For the price, on the beach, hotel was acceptable. The amenities were nice but the rooms were lacking! They are old and need work. Stains on the chair and rust at the table. Bed was comfortable enough but low! You pay resort fee that covers????? Parking? Beach chairs cost extra. Tiki bar was cool. Decided to only stay one night due to the above. To be fair, we like a little more upscale experience, which is more money. But they do need to update their building!

The surrounding and right at the beachfront. The cleaning staff’s did good with cleaning the first 2 days with the trash and towels after the that it said we put do not disturb tags on the door which we didn’t. And the trash weren’t taken out to be removed on the third day. But we leave tip after we leave. But overall love the stay.

But the resort and food and entertainment were just perfect.Beautiful pool and the beach view was great. The Tiki Hut another great place to enjoy food and to listen the music. We would like to come back but the management has to do something to keep the rooms clean and also the corridor to the rooms.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and Beach House hotel. We chose it mainly due to reviews, the location near shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza and the outside large Tiki Bar that has daily live entertainment. The grounds and property were very well-maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful without exception. The Porch restaurant, which we enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner on different days had excellent food each time along with friendly servers. Normally we would not eat at a typical hotel restaurant because most do not measure up like the Porch. Tiki Hut had more bar-food menu but quality was good as was the entertainment. Our room on the 4th floor had a large window looking on the parking area and daily sunrise. The room was modern, clean and updated-no complaints whatsoever. The location has a beautiful large pool and hot tub right next to the beach that stretches the full distance to the water. No dunes to climb over on a boardwalk. We are planning to return again as soon as possible. Highly recommend you check this out!

The property was wonderful. There was a wonderful sweets and coffee shop, a tiki area with outdoor eating and a perfect view of the ocean with live music. There was an indoor patio food and bar area connected to the pool. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Plenty of areas to wash sand away. There were plenty of chairs either umbrellas to reserve or rent. The views were great! The room was a double queen with pull out couch and it was perfect! My only concern was when I texted for more bedding they never responded. However when my daughter in law got stung by a jelly fish they had ointment and were helpful.

We liked the Amenities, Pool Area, Tiki with music and proximity to beach. Also Location area is walking distance from dining and stores. Really excellent amenities and location. The Hotel hallways and rooms were not what we expected. They are really simple and basic. Everything needs upgrade, bathrooms are small and needs upgrade as well

We were in an assessable room on the fifth floor. It was clean and well kept. The staff at the pool and The Porch went above and beyond their job expectations. Always ensuring that we had what we needed. The Tiki Hut offered a place for a nightcap and good music close to “home”. Coligny Plaza was well within walking distance and had wonderful shops. We were very impressed with their maintenance of the grounds around us and the security to keep their patrons safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island.
