Beach House Resort Hilton Head

The beach was spectacular! Walk right from your room! But also the pool was lovely, spent so much time there. No need to leave the resort, everything we needed. Al’s had the best iced coffee we have ever had, The Porch makes a divine breakfast, we will remember the biscuits for the rest of our lives! The staff is so kind and helpful. Above and beyond in every single interaction! We felt welcomed and appreciated. We did not want to leave! But we will be back!

One of the elevators wasn’t working and people had to use the stairwell. The furnishings in the rooms are old and not comfortable. You could hear people running up and down the hall and slamming doors in other rooms. The bathroom fixtures, tub, etc., are old, and there was a roach in my bathroom I had to kill. I will never stay there again.

Rooms are very dated for the price you pay. I shouldn’t have to request fresh linen or towels every day

The hotel is a little dated. Rooms could be refreshed with some paint. The internet was not good and tv did not work. The pool area was very nice and close to beach.

The whole resort was very clean. The pool area was clean. There were plenty of towel and the water was heated. Tiki hut with the music was fun

Great location, live music full band all day long. Need breakfast.

The only negative thing was the front desk staff was not very friendly. Everyone else we had contact with was great.

Amenities were excellent with a nice pool and on the beach too! The Tiki hut had cold drinks, entertainment, as well as yummy food. Staff was cordial and helpful. The room although nice, could be updated a bit. Great stay! We’d stay there again

Good location, beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pool area. You have to pay to park at your hotel. $15 a day. I do not understand that at all. It is self parking. The only time i have paid to park was with valet service.

Friendly staff, location to beach, front desk staff, v comfy bed but b poor bathroom and dirty / dusty room, especially the chair. MUSIC everywhere, quality and choice of food poor.

The location close to the beach is fantastic. All day live music makes you cheerful and happy. The food in all places are absolutely amazing. The pool with plenty of clean towels. We will return next year. The only inconvenience in the hotel there was no place for hanging our swimming clothes for drying.

The check in , especially Kevin, I believe that was his name, was exceptionally awesome! I have been coming here the last 10yrs, for an alone . I never got into my car once.. walked to bars restaurants. The room wasn’t the cleanest, old chip crumbs around, hair all over in bathtub and floor!

The staff are exceptional and love the location! The dinner menu for The Porch is too expensive, the beer at Tiki Hut is warm, the rooms could use a refresh and be cleaner; vents haven’t been cleaned in a long time.
