Beach House Resort Hilton Head

We got a premium ocean view and it was far from premium. The grounds were very nice and beach access was good. Our door wouldn’t open correctly to our room

Great location if you like to be in the middle of all the action in Hilton Head. Room clean enough. A little dated but has everything you need. Our shower water would not get warm enough.

The room was small, the bathroom had marks with the toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom and room need to be updated.

There was nothing that made it seem like a “Resort”, like advertised. The cleaning staff were very nice and did a decent job. The valet staff were great but they were brought in from Atlanta for the weekend. We ended up checking out a day early and nobody at the front desk asked why or seemed to care.

We had an incredible stay here! Lots of friendly staff, pool was very nice and well maintained. Tiki bar views and ambiance were great but terribly expensive 😖 overall great experience.

Parking staff was amazing - rooms were a bit dated - restaurant staff amazing - food options limited but porch food excellent - tiki bar food average - great location to everything with amazing beach access ! Service was great !

Ok never been to Hilton Head so I can't compare the property to others.

I love this place! Had an amazing time, beautiful beach, great weather, Tiki bar is fun with great bartenders!

First time here was very great, check with front desk was very welcoming the valet guys was very nice to us very helpful. Everything is excellent

The property is very nice, right on the beach. All of the staff encountered were nice and professional. The Tiki Bar was also a great place to unwind and listen to music.

Staff was nice and the food is good. Location is top notch

Love this little hotel. Right on the beach! I’ve been staying there for 20 years. Nothing fancy but super convenient and family friendly!

The rooms are comfortable if you book a junior suite. The standard rooms feel a little musty and dated. The junior suites have ample room, are well decorated and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and were very helpful and accommodating us with a walk-in shower due to elderly family members traveling with us. We appreciated their understanding and accommodating this need. Overall, the property offers, nice amenities, a great tiki hut, and excellent food.

The location was unbeatable and our main reason for staying at the property. Great beach access, the Tiki bar and live music was awesome. We enjoyed eating and lounging around the pool. The only downside are the very old and very worn rooms. The hotel rooms desperately need a remodel, especially the bathrooms.

This property is a bit dated, and definitely shows some wear and tear. However, the pool, tiki hut, and easy beach access makes up for any defects to the property. The pool area is great! Comfortable loungers with plenty of umbrellas and servers walking around to take drink and food orders. The Tiki Hut on the beach has live music ALL day which was really nice as well. Even though the rooms and inside of the hotel is dated, it was clean. Housekeepers always seen working hard cleaning, mopping floors in hallways, cleaning glass, etc. This resort was full of young families with children as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great but not worth the price.
