Awesome and a great experience

The fact that there was no hot water for the three days we were there And we had to request multiple times for them to clean our room! Also, the TV didn’t work

Sand all over hallways and room floor. Bottom bedsheet did not cover either queen bed (half), holes in curtains, bathroom moldy. And the safe was broken and the refrigerator was so loud.

Cute decor but you can tell this hotel is not aging well, we had no hot water our entire stay and peeling paint on the ceilings in our room. The hotel did have an excellent location right on the beach.

The location is great, right next to the beach. The room is spacious and what I expected based on the photos at the time of the booking. Parking is plenty. Pool and restaurant staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing that I did not like was that the pool was not clean. The first time we went to the pool which was on our second day there, the pool was cloudy and there was an oily film floating on top of the water at the corner of the pool. I don't think the filtration system was working correctly. On the third day, the pool looks clean in the morning, the water was clear; however, by mid-day, it was back to the same as the day before.

However, the rooms are in need of renovation, and the entire hotel building could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathtub in our room was old and had many chips in the surface. When we arrived, the floor was not clean and was covered with sand that we could feel under our feet. The rooms are also extremely humid, and since the windows don’t open, there’s no way to air them out. The musty, humid smell is constantly present. In addition, the air conditioner is outdated and very loud, which makes it difficult to sleep at night.

We had to request a new room due to not being clean. In new room, bathroom door would not open. We had tiny bugs show up on our room and had no food out. No place to gather as group to play games.

Liked that they had a sign at the pool that they remove personal items after 30 minutes if unattended. It discouraged saved chairs at the pool

We had a great stay at this resort. It was only for 1 night and we wish our plans allowed us to extend our stay. The rooms are clean, personal very nice and helpful. The beach and Tiki Bar are terrific! Good food, good drinks and live music. Will definitely be back.

The only thing I can say that is positive is the location being close to the beach and live music at the Tiki Hut and the small donut at coffee shop. The hotel will add charges to your credit that will take days to come back off. I will see how long it takes? Was not happy with the hotel and for the cost I expected it to be very nice!

Wonderful staff, property, dining, shopping.

Staff was excellent. The Beachhouse is an older hotel that has been updated. It was mostly clean, could use some deep cleaning. Easy access to the beach and we loved the patio room.

Great location. Facilities were well kept and clean. Really great experience.

family vacation! we booked last minute after coming in 2025 so we got a queen double one night and junior suite the last few nights. Staff was soooo nice and helpful! my sons loved the bunk bed room and patio. Looks like we have made this an annual thing.
