It is so beautiful! The staff was amazing. We got in at 2am and they let us checkout at 12pm

Amazing property, and the room was fantastic! Nothing, everything was perfect!

The rooms are very spacious There was a ROACH in my room and I took photos. The front desk staff two dark skin ladies seemed un phased as if this was the norm. They did not even apologize I was so disappointed.

Location Booked a oceanfront suite received confirmation next day during check in room was not available and received a room of lower value than booked room was not oceanfront nor ocean view

Location was great, accessible to the beach and Coligny Square. Staff was amazing and food was well prepared.

We didn't have hot water in the morning to take showers on Sunday and Monday. We even let the water run for about 10 minutes before getting in shower.

GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH A little to far from grocery stores and restaurants

The location and the room were excellent. Bed was too hard. Couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Beautiful property! The pools were great and we enjoyed the private beach access. The rooms were spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The housekeeping service was very assertive. We were told we would have one clean mid-week but then had multiple knocks, calls and texts every day from housekeeping even after we told them we didn’t need any cleaning. The only other negative was we didn’t have any backup supplies in our suite such as toilet paper, dishwashing soap or trash bags. However staff quickly brought some up after we requested those items.
