It’s a newly renovated property so it looks great inside. Beds very comfy. We’d stay here again if we’re back in HH.

The location Cleanliness was rough, hair found everywhere, the walls were extremely thin, facilities were run down, sheets were pilling, misled about the continental breakfast

On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the cleanliness and maintenance issues could use some work.

The room was spacious and clean! No coffee in the room.

Good area and very close to the beach!

I would like to say that the bathroom should never be empty of shower gel.

perfect weekend stay

We were only there for a short time, however the staff were pleasant and everything including the rooms were clean and well maintained. There was one broken ice maker, but another was available in the lobby.

The location and breakfast but most of all the noon checkout time.

I wish I could have given a 5 star review however, for a day and a half there wasn’t any hot water. Things like that can happen. An issue that shouldn’t have happened was when the cleaning people left my room door open and it was like that for quite some time. They extended the dead bolt so the door wouldn’t close and then left it like that. We were gone for the day so we found it open when we came back. They also do not have a room safe which I think is unfortunate.

Close to the beach and in my price range Ac didnt get as cold as we like it but worked

The hotel itself was suitable for my needs for the weekend. But the staff was as rude as they come. The person who checked me out on September 20th 2026 at 4:16am needs to be retrained. When I kindly asked for a receipt emailed, her exact words "Why do you need a receipt? Ain't nothing but your little parking fees". I was shocked. She eventually printed a receipt. But a manager definitely should have been involved. I have no reason to choose this particular hotel again.

Our stay was decent but I do not know that we would stay again. I am used to staying at Hampton by Hilton and this is definitely a few notches below. It used to be that when a hotel said breakfast included it was not just a continental breakfast but that is what it is. The pool was nice and clean. The rooms were decent and well maintained. The location was great which is why we picked it. Horrible parking and not enough space. Doors to the rooms are outside so it reminds me of a super budget motel. Price was decent so between price and location we were ok with our decision.

The room did not have a microwave or coffee maker. Hot water was lukewarm for showers after 10 minutes of waiting for it to warm up. The pool was the only good thing about our stay. Breakfast was cold hard boiled eggs, toast, and fruit. Extremely overpriced for what was available. Definitely not staying with them again ever.

For parking put a sign on the front counter letting everyone know to park inside the gate.

This hotel was in a good location for what my paddling trip needed. It was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. I did sit by the pool one evening, which was very nice.
