Common areas and pool are attractive and well-maintained.

Not what I would consider a 5 star property however this is a great value. Offers a nice complimentary breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Checked in during the recent worldwide Hilton system outage - poor receptionist was the only one on duty and needed help badly. When the system came back online around 10pm (and I guess after help finally showed up) they called the room to tell me to come down now to run the card, woke the kids up who were finally asleep after a long travel day. The system being down wasn't their fault but it was handled poorly. Would not stay there again.

We loved that the beach was a short, walk away and delicious restaurants were a short drive away. Breakfast was yummy. The pool was nice, too. Great staff! Customer service is so important.

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was just cereals, muffins, etc. Nothing hot. Truly a continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The odor was so strong that I had to place two wet towels under my door to help keep the smell out of my room. Check-in was smooth, but the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Because of these issues, I would probably not stay here again.

Clean room, and breakfast. Parking space is available but limited on front side. So we had to park little away from the hotel entrance, and that parking space is not paved.

Staff. Room was clean Expected more at breakfast. It was not great at all. And the elevator was very hot inside. Had no air flow.

Location Staff

Location was very nice. Close to Grande Ocean, which we are owners at. We were able to use the location while there. The sliding glass door had to be fixed. and it was out again when we left. I notified the front desk. The hot water takes several minutes to heat up, which is a pain in the morning.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers, and a very friendly staff. This is what we look for when we travel and Spark Hilton Head delivered!

Very good hotel. I love how close the beach is and easy to walk to. Fitness room is really nice. I also used the pool, which was nice and clean. Breakfast is decent and clean, comfortable room. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel stated that they are in the process of adding microwaves in all rooms but at the present time there are not microwaves in all rooms. The hotel was booked so they couldn’t change my room. Very inconvenient when traveling with a toddler and I need heat up things for her. The hotel did change out the refrigerator for me but that one they switched it to was way smaller than the original one and it also barely worked. It did not get cold enough to keep things cold. Extremely inconvenient. I also had my service dog with me and so I requested to have the room cleaned on the second day I was there and the front desk lady stated she put the request in and when we returned from the beach the room still had not been cleaned they only brought in clean towels. After complaining and asking why the room wasn’t cleaned the cleaning woman stated that the request put in from the front desk woman was to provide new towels. Smdh I was very disappointed with the results of my stay.
