This place was amazing , nice clean rooms and nice bathrooms, only thing that could’ve been nice is if there was a heads up about the $100 deposit you must pay in case you purchase or break something. Not far from the beach and staff was amazing really close to shops

Pleasant

We really enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head, its one of our favorite relaxation destinations. The hotel had a lot of renovations but some of the furniture was on the cheaper side so be careful with the end tables and chairs they are not very sturdy in the room. The balcony was not a full sit outside balcony, more of a stand outside your window experience. We dined in the hotel restaurant which was good but the prices advertised was not the same as what was charged at the restaurant, it was more which is fine but wish everything was current and up to date. The staff was friendly and gave directions on access point to the beach. We enjoyed the citrus water available in the lobby too.

Nice place, parking is a hassle, and if all works then ok ( system was down so check in was delayed, pool not available for 2 days of our 3 day stay) breakfast ..maybe skip it not a good deal, AC kind of noisy (the type on the windows) other then that, it is nice close to the beach, there is a bike rental outside as well.

Enjoyed my stay except for parking. You have to turn in early or you may end up walk a 1/4 mile back to tge hotel from where you have to park at.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay overall at the hotel however, the hospitality of some of the staff was unpleasant. We were given vouchers for breakfast and because of the lack of communication between staff when we wanted to redeem those vouchers, the management put us through a lot of complicated questioning, which I felt was irrelevant since they gave us the staff voucher. This was not helpful and it did take away from our overall experience, however, like I said it was more of a management issue versus the front of house staff also in the restaurant the customer service of the waiters was not the best representation of the company because instead of really being hospitable they really just stared for a long period of time at us without really talking. This is a turn off for such a beautiful setting. .

Microwave and fridge was cool, but we paid 40 dollars for a single breakfast plate? Frankly pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Parking was also super far, minor annoyance. Okay hotel, but for 270 for 1 night (2 bed room) I was disappointed

Clean, beds were comfortable, nice hot showers A few days staff were very unhelpful. I asked where we could get coffee since we were too late for theirs and was met with I dunno, I don't think so...and the remaining days we made it and the coffee was AWFUL. I am not from here, I dint know where things are

Close to the beach I booked a king and they said they overbooked and gave us 2 double queen. Parking is horrible

Great stay here. Our first services liason was super friendly and helpful. She sold the place. She needs a raise for going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfy. Great location. No charge for parking was a plus. Having to park so far and out of sight. Paying for breakfast when most offer continental for free.

The room was nice, but the parking was the worst I've seen. Rooms would of been cleaner it showed they had done working the room.

Clean room staff restaurant food and short walking distance to the beach, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would book again.
