Super clean and friendly staff. Don’t bring toiletries. They supply shampoo conditioner body wash lotion. You can request toothbrush and everything else you need!! 10/10 would stay again. If coming during holiday parking can be hard but everything is walking distance.

The hotel was nice and family oriented. The hotel staff were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was typical of hotel style food. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location, but the rooms were not as expected for a recently update hotel. We stayed over the July 4th holiday, so we expected it to be busy, and it was. So I will not knock them for the overly crowded breakfast room, the slow elevator or the high price. However, the rooms were difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was small and the vent was not working. After one shower, water would drip from the ceiling. Also, the rooms seemed too small for two queen beds. No in room coffee maker and no divider or curtain between the beds and sink / mirror. No chairs on the balcony.

Not a clean place; rooms are dirty, especially the carpet. Not a friendly staff member, especially an old lady who I think is the manager—no parking for all guest cars. and charge for parking..

The room was comfortable and convenient to the beach. Tamer was very helpful and a provided excellent customer service!

All in all, we would stay there again.

I liked the location The AC could have been quieter. It was hard to sleep/rest with it on.

Staff extremely helpful and concerned . Rooms/ appliances to to be checked regularly for any issues such as broken beds, refrigerators etc.

This was great for families. Friendly staff and good location but rooms could be bigger or better maintained.

Parking was great they had plenty of room to park. I never had to try a real hard to find a parking spot.

This hotel is in a great location and was a great price. Clean and close to the beach and local shops.

Beautiful property! The kids loved the pool and playground. Everything was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too!

Breakfast nice. Bathroom was grungy. Good mattresses and pillows. Carpet was slightly dirty.

Had issues with noise at night with slamming doors and rude people talking loudly but that is not a knock on the hotel, just people in general. Would return in the future

Very convenient to Coligny plaza. Access to a free (tip) golf cart service to nearby spots. Friendly staff. AC in our room wasn't working properly BUT we didn't give the property a chance to help. (That's on us). Room smelled like old cigarette stench. Water bottles were $3.75. Could provide water in the lobby near the free coffee.

Shady, close to beach and stores, bike rental on site, breakfast included,dogs were welcome Balcony was a JULIET BALCONY. So we did not have an outside place to sit . The pool area was large but a place for active families. A quiet shady spot to enjoy the outdoors would have been nice.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Toaster only works on one side. Ran out of different breakfast foods at various times
