Walkable to the beach and Coligny plaza! Our hot water went out for like two days so that kind of put a damper on things.

It was ok. But need lots of upgrades Elevator was hot no AC. The hallway was hot no AC no hot water unit late Saturday

Our room was dirty, the shower had hair in it, the patio curtains were very dirty. We had NO hot water for two days. When I told the lady at the front desk she said “we are aware” . Had I been told at check in there was not hot water I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere. I will be writing the CEO a letter. I also requested early check in, and they said “we will try to accommodate” same lady at check in laughed and said we do not do that

It was close to the beach and shops There was super low water pressure and no hot water! Also bugs in room! We changed to a different room that was better.

The facility is clean and well maintained as a whole. The breakfast is plentiful, and there is a good variety of choices. The cleaning staff work quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient to Coligny Beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only suggestion we might offer is some type fencing around the retaining pond for safety reasons, if possible.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly! The hotel room was clean and comfortable (with the exception that it was fairly smaller than I pictured based on images online for a family of 6, otherwise it was amazing! I still give it a 10/10! Smaller room sizes and HOT hallways

Great offering of Coffee Varieties. Staff was super nice and helpful. Location was great. Its 10 mins walk from the Hotel to beach. Prime Location for food and shopping options. Great for Families.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The AC had been turned up to 78 and never cooled below 73 even after running the entire night. Hotel room felt very humid.

Front desk female was defensive and stern, not ok. Had torun the water a long time to get hot water. Breakfast nothing special. Liked the room though. Parking is $10. A night!
