Clarion Pointe Hinesville near Fort Stewart

My 2nd time using this hotel it's good for the price but they do have a roach problem.

There's an urgent need for an upgrade of the building. It is roach infested. I encountered them mainly in the bathroom. I stayed there last year June and again this June. It's deterioating. If there's no improvement I won't go back there.

Good place with easy access to Army post, restaurants and grocery stores. Recommended

Nothing Nothing

There was no breakfast. This was a bad experience the room was not clean, the side door was not secured by any means, the rug in the hallways and stairway was just totally filthy. I have video and pictures i will be filing a complaint with choice hotels. As I stated, the room were not clean. The security was horrible. Your back door is broken, not secured at all. It's accessible. to anybody. The hallways and stairwells was just filthy. The window.\nS was so dirty.It is a shame to keep a hotel.A facility like this\nAs I said choice hotel will be hearing for me

The carpet walking up to your rooms were dirty and needs cleaning. The ceiling tiles in my bathroom room 214 looks like rust on them and dirty in the bathroom coners. The bed comforter had rips, holes, and tares in it. Worst room experience this year.

Noisy and not exactly clean (ED pill on floor)

In my room, the floor was cracked and it had roaches. I saw a couple of crawling across the floor in the bathroom.

This hotel needs the maintance done more efficient the first room had the ac heat panel off and on the floor . The next room the bathroom fan had been replace but they failed to paint the ceiling around it ,showing water spots and rust on the cross member . The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet until the last night . It didn’t bother me but I do like to see the news .. overall if it were not for those couple of things , it was very pleasant .my son and I had a comfortable nights sleep. That’s what we needed ,clean and comfortable . One more thing . The front desk were very pleat and friendly . Over all I would stay there again . The price we paid reflects what you would expect

Nothing.. I checked out 3 mins after I checked in Everything

The staff was friendly I was locked out my room and the lady on duty called the manager and the manager was like well she would have to wait until I get there they had no maintenance on duty and knew they have been having issues with that room already so why put somebody in that room?I feel like since most of my time was spent on the Lobby I should have gotten something off my room because that was not my fault and after being on the son all day that day all I wanted to do was go lay down which turned to me being in the lobby for several hours with a 5 year old trying to keep him quiet

The housekeepers were nice. There are roaches and bedbugs. DO NOT STAY HERE. They will try to refuse to give you a refund even if you have proof.

The staff was 100% great! The hotel is showing some wear, but was clean and functional. It is located nicely in relation to Ft. Stewart. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

The only complaint that I have was the water in the sink in room 113 was almost nothing the flow was bad

Nikki at the front desk was nice They have bedbugs and roaches and are refusing to give a refund. I stayed there for over a week and asked for a different room because of roaches and what I thought was an allergic reaction. I switched rooms and went to the hospital corn to find out they have bedbugs.

Average room, saw roaches last night there. Overall not bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive and near a lot of things! non bothersome stay !

Breakfast was okay, good people working No pool which sucks. Thats just a preference tho.
