My room had baby roaches. We were killing them.

The furniture was stained and the maid service was nonexistent. The pool was uninviting and towels & wash clothes were scarce. I asked the staff to review the camera because our vehicle was damaged in the parking lot’s handicap parking, but they didn’t.

The hotel looks very nice on the outside and in the main lobby. Thats where the good news ends. Walking down the hall way to our room first the water fountain was leaking all over the tile floor. Continue walking down the well worn carpet with holes in it to our room. Walk into the room and go into bathroom the floor of the shower was filthy. It looked as if house cleaning after cleaning the floor dumped the water leaving all the sediment on the shower floor and left it. In between the shower and the toilet it appeared as if there was black mold coming through the wall. The corner of the wall was cut which exposed the pipe drainage for sink. Head towards our 2 queen beds pull back the covers on one and there was a Dorito chip in the center of the bed. Went to get coffee and hot water for tea in the morning. Coffee was fine. Hot water wasn't there was coffee not water. Front desk got it changed out. When checking out was told my $50 expense charge would be refunded. Explained was charged $52 & change. She made a note in my account to refund FULL amount. How many others didn't get the tax refunded. Poor attempt at renovation. One good thing the beds were very comfortable

The hotel was ok. Looks somewhat outdated and not the cleanest. Our room was spacious and it worked for 1 night

The breakfast could have been better

The room was nice and clean. We had a larger room with a king bed and pull out sofa. The main complaint we had was the hot tub didn’t work. It was connected to the pool. It was as cold as the pool and the jets didn’t work. Restaurants close by some within walking distance.

Stayed for a week. Staff was super sweet. Loved the free coffee 24/7.

Location and free breakfast. Loud. Kids running, adults yelling and cussing in the hallway.

I loved that the AC keep our room very cool and yes the breakfast was delightful. The staff was friendly and amazing. Our room was a little dirty. It felt like the floor was not cleaned that well and also found some places that weren't sweeped like underneath the nightstand by the bed and underneath the bed itself. Other than that, all was good.

Very nice and accommodating. I would stay in this facility every time.

The hotel staff were quite pleasant, the location was central to several food establishments and was minutes from the main gate of Fort Stewart. Hotel requires a refresh, the hallways are not well lit, furniture in the rooms need to be replaced, and the wifi was not consistent.
