Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hinesville, GA

Furniture in room could use a good steam cleaning or replacing. Stains on upholstery. Carpets in hallway could use the same.

This hotel was unclean, you are required to pay a $50 fee (which is returned upon checkout but still) in the event you use the safe. The staff was not helpful

Hotel is in a prime location with access to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. Parking is good, clean rooms, and a friendly staff

Breakfast was sad. We stay here several times throughout the years. It's ok worth the money.

The room was dirty. The staff was unorganized. We checked out and stayed at another hotel. The side of the hotel is dirty. Don’t stay here

I have stayed there at least 4 times and this time was a horrible stay from dirty unwear under coach and pieces of more under in mattress and dirty towel behind chair. Then we left a small souvenir bag with 3 items in in it called they had the bag but it was empty and the cleaning person took the bag home. They said they found it by the trash..they gave us a discount on the room for one day. When I requested a refund for at least 2 days.

Location I have to move 3 times in one night First room is the over power cleaning chemicals To mask the odor . second room is decent but fire alarm keeps beeping every time.third one odor Coming from a unit this is late night so I have To deal with it . Property not safe back door is open all the time every one can access the building Without access just imagine walking to your room Come across none guess wondering the lobby or hallway.

Room was clean, staff were nice, bed was comfortable.

How unclean the room looked. There were stains of some on the walls and all around the light fixtures.

Location Everything. It stinks, smells like wet mold. Shower head was broken. Pipe sink kept popping off.

The staff was very reasonable and accomodating. The facility was not similar to other locations. I had stayed at a Country Inn in Savannah, and the experience and cleanliness were very different. When I got there, I killed 3 bugs in the room, there was a urine smell, and cracks where the AC unit connected to the wall allowing me to see outside. This is probably how the bugs got into the room. We asked the front desk if we could get another room, and the front desk was very accommodating. However, after spending 10-20 minutes in the room, we uncovered more unclean items, such as a spoon near the TV stand, and we just didn't feel comfortable staying the night.

I paid for a room and when I arrived they gave me a lower quality one, the cleanliness was awful and there was a cockroach in the room. They had to change my room because they gave me one that was dirty.

The biggest issue I had was a safety one… the front doors were Stuck open and all Of the side doors were propped open with rocks literally every time we went through them. I kicked the rocks away making sure the door would Shut behind me and without fail The door would be propped Open 5 minutes later. We left a day early - and stayed In Savannah for a night before we went back to NY
