Owners are kind and welcoming. It is by far the best "bang for your buck" in the area and they accommodate each guest to the best of their ability. Coldest ac in hinesville, comfortable beds and fast wifi.

Cold AC Dirty shower, bed sheets had stains and cigarettes burns, towels dirty, people obviously live there long term there were grills everywhere. They sat outside their rooms and stare at you. It was a quick place to book but will not recommend it as a comfortable place to stay.

People that live here are up all night screaming smoking. Not a good place to stay. Tried to switch sides of the hotel but staff told me no they cannot even though the hotel was pretty much empty

Once time to check, I arrived back around 3:30pm and the white front desk manager had a paper stating that I'm not allowed to stay at this facility!!!!! Even though I did a precheck in and they scan my Id with the original owner and she stated to me that I was good to check in at 3pm since I requested a different room that wasn't available at that time. This white manager is very, very, very racist and hateful. I have never such a fake personality!!!! She went from smiling and helpful while the owner was present. When I went to check in the owner wasn't present and the lady stated its her decision. She said that Red Roof manager told her I was disrespectful the night before, which was a lie!!!! I didn't give anyone permission to share my personal information!!!!!! Suburban Stay has nothing to do with any other hotel in the area, so why would she discriminate and prejudice to one race? Different day shift manager that treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of skin color!!!!

Absolutely nothing it did not look anything like the photo. It was horrible rundown smell horrible and it was in a bad location lotta cops and drunks

The stay was ok...it was one night. They did let me check in 2 hours early with no charge. The air worked great,there was no shampoo and only 1 bar of soap. There was no ice bucket or cups. There was no hair in the tub! It an ok stay for a couple nights.
