The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were hard and the pillows were terrible. The shower heads were also terrible. And the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate due to a sensor being put in a bathroom.

Are rooms were very nice. There was 5 of us so we did get 2 queen suites. The breakfast set up was amazing. The staff especially Anyiah was so accommodating we arrived early from PA. She did everything she could to get us in our rooms. The POOL was closed. Was so looking forward to that. Definitely a nice area though

The hotel was nice and the location was great! Cleaning staff need to pay more attention to the high use items, i.e., light switches, door and cabinet knobs, and remote controls.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. We will definitely stay here again.

I actually do not have any bad words to say. Me and my husband felt like we were home; my room was so clean, and you actually could smell how clean it was. My husband loved the breakfast the next morning. I didn't get the clerks name shame on me cause that young lady was so pleasant, beautiful smile and she allowed me to check in early so I could rest from driving all the morning. Thank you so much 💜

I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude.

The property is new and very clean. The staff was nice . My room key hole was broken so I had to stuff some tissue inside the hole for privacy.

My TV didn't work and Linda went above and beyond to make sure we had a working TV, The breakfast food was good and the breakfast staff was amazing (male and female). The young male was very polite and courteous, even though the area became busy. He was making sure everyone had what we needed to have a great breakfast. That young man( breakfast staff) will be going places because of his respect and customer service. N/C
