It was an amazing stay. I will book again.

I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude.

Only hotel I book when I visit they never disappoint me loveeeeeee it =)

Bathroom could have been better, hallways & lobby

The property was clean and the staff was wonderful.

The breakfast food was good and the breakfast staff was amazing (male and female). The young male was very polite and courteous, even though the area became busy. He was making sure everyone had what we needed to have a great breakfast. That young man( breakfast staff) will be going places because of his respect and customer service. N/C

The hotel as a whole could really use a deep cleaning. From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re hit with an overpowering artificial scent—like strong plug-ins or air fresheners—which was so intense it actually gave me a headache. The elevators were also dirty, which just added to the overall lack of cleanliness throughout the property. The only positive I can mention is that I did not encounter any bed bugs, which is unfortunately something I’ve come to check for when traveling. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

Kind clean and quiet

The room was clean and spacious. The staff on duty at check in was nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the people above us were stomping around all night and the ones next to us had a dog barking the next morning. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but it was an inconvenience.

Location We waited in the lobby for about 2 hours to get things straightened out. My hotel was paid for and they couldn’t find my payment for it even though I showed them. I used booking, booking said that somebody charged the card and had a transaction number and the hotel denied it. So we had to pay the bill again. The only reason we did was cause we were driving for 17 hours and just wanted a bed to lay down in. We will never stay here again. Oh and before we left, apparently we owed money! We stayed Friday-Tuesday and apparently only got charged one night even tho my card had $625 pending on it for the hotel. They said they needed $131 dollars yet. This place is an effin joke!!
