Holiday Inn Express Hinesville by IHG

Room was very clean and staff was great and personable, beds were extremely comfortable, however the TVs were only cable, the walls are very thin, and the hotel had a weird smell, and we unfortunately found a cockroach in our room. Other than that, it was very nice. Great breakfast bar in the morning too and a nice selection of snacks downstairs

The room was clean. Most of the front desk staff were very pleasant except for the one who checked me in. The housekeeping staff was very helpful, as was the breakfast staff. The rooms no longer have coffee or tea available so you have to go to the lobby to get some. It is available 24 hrs. there. The SMART TV is not connected to the internet so I was unable to watch any of my streaming channels, except on my phone. The iron did not work very well. I asked for a replacement. It never came.

the smell in the hallway was terrible it smelled molded and the lotion and soap was very cheap in the bathroom.

Very courteous staff and decent place to stay. Clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Definitely deserve a 4+ out of 5.

Room was clean and spacious

It was sad that no trashcan was provided in tbe bathroom. There ess only 1 small trashcan in rhe room. The carpet wss stained and there was a stench in the room. While I was out a bottle of cleaner with bleach was left in the bathroom.

The room smelled like mold REALLY BAD the windows only had shades no curtains the shades had holes all over ! But the hotel was clean just a bad smell of mold !

very clean room , great staff, turkey sursage and pork under the same pan , no good. love the gym.

There was nothing we liked There where not thing but problems from the time we checked in first was a room change to the second room it was being worked on the AC was broken the rug was being dry out by fan then the third room was not cleaned at all it was one of the experences we have ever had so we had to leave

Very nice place next door to a couple of restaurants/bars and Publix across the street! Will definitely stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to family. Stores nearby. Daily housekeeping was great and appreciated!!

I like the location and that it was close to things l. The shower wasn’t clean and the Internet was spotty so my son couldn’t watch tv it kept freezing.

They had cockroaches and I was not informed of this until I seen one myself .

This place was awful. Do not come here and they have no Wi-Fi in the rooms. You can’t watch Netflix you can’t watch any of your shows. The pool is dirty. The place is dirty. Do not look here.

The hallway smelled like something died the moment you walk off the elevator on the 2nd floor. I will NEVER EVER come back to this hotel.

Property very clean, breakfast is good, and most importantly beds are so comfortable

The smell in the hallway. 1st floor smoke, 2nd floor septic issues or mildew. Not sure which one but the smell was pretty bad our first night, but got better the next few days
