The cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired; trash wasn't collected daily, and the bed wasn't made. Otherwise, it was okay.

The curtains in my room were filthy dirty. They were black at the bottom. They were torn. The little sofa was so stained. It was too icky to even sit on. The windows had nose prints from the dog of a past client who stayed there. Down in the dining area they add small TVs on the wall, but who would want to touch them. They were so covered with dirty fingerprints. It was disgusting. The whole place was a petri dish, just waiting to erupt with some kind of plague type event. The staff was nice, but they sat behind the counter all day. In the mornings, the trash cans in the hallway would be overflowing with trash. The breakfast was an amenity that was free however don’t bother offering it unless you’re going to offer something worthy. It was disgusting. The air-conditioning in the room was so cold. Even if we tried to raise the temperature it didn’t really affect how cold it was in the room. Just stay someplace else. This is not the place for you or your family.

Great location very relaxed breakfast was great room was big enough for me and special needs babies There were wires and cords everywhere in the room , the tv didnt work for three days, the floors were extremely dirty, the room itself did not match the picture from booking so i expected something different, the furniture was very dirty, the air was sticky like it hadnt been stayed in for quite some time, the shower and tub are outdated stained and covered with calcium, no hair dryers, weird random soaps and shampoos the bar is not open any longer, there were alot of non hotel stayers coming in to wat and use the pool, the pool seemed like it isnt often cleaned, the trash cans were always overfilled, the front desk woman was rude when we complained about the television and asked about compensation orsomething it was just less than i expected but it was ok

Stained sheets bad smell in stair wells

Location was away from the main hussle of the city. The hallway was beyond filthy it looked like it had reaches its end of life cycle years ago. One staffer in particular was very un-accommodating. The toilet seat was broken a e it took over six days to replace. Once maintenance arrived it took 10 minutes to repair. The staffer made senseless excuses for the short comings. They provided room services only once every 3 days. Breakfast was tasty the pancake mixture was watered down. We will never stay there again.
