It was dirty

Breakfast was good. I just wished the kitchen staff would spend less time on his phone in the back and actually restock. Multiple times we had to go to the back and ask for food.

The room served its purpose. Hotel really needs to splurge and clean all the carpeted areas or replace the flooring. Definitely need some updates especially with the furniture. Staff needs to make all hotel guest park in a parking spot and not have an entire group of motorcycles park at the front door where you can’t load and unload your suitcases for your own stay.

The room was very nasty! We couldn’t even shower as the shower head was disgusting. There were a lot of people just hanging out in front of the property at all times of day and night (I genuinely thought they were homeless). People were in and out of the halls, slamming doors all through out the night. It reminded me of a hostel. The only good thing about this place was the employees. They all were friendly and had great customer service. I refuse to stay near this place again.

Good place to sleep, especially if you're traveling with family. The breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but it worked. Everything looked clean and well taken care of.

Great and very convenient location

The room was clean but the tv and phone didn’t work so they moved us to another room where we had one channel the water was cold in the shower. The air was set at 70 but wouldn’t move from 73. It was hot. The staff was super friendly

Everything was beautiful

The property is suitable for brief stays. The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication in providing assistance. We discovered a clogged bathtub, our housekeeper promptly notified maintenance. The obstruction was resolved and our bathroom cleaned exceptionally well prior to our return.

Cleanliness on point

The TV didn't work. We was locked out so many times. Had to go back and forth to get someone to let me in. Because the keys wouldn't work. The people never got me a tv.

Smells in the hallway and elevator

1. The key card did not work and I ended up having to go down stairs to have them get the master key to let me in. 2. There was a weird, sticky substance on the rug in a few areas that made me not want to take my shoes off. 3. There was unidentifiable, questionable, white residue of something on the pull out couch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, there were a lot of pillows, and the bathroom was very clean as well.

Pool was closed the whole weekend. Front desk Clerks were amazing. Breakfast and cook was terrible. Furniture was dirty and worn. The only reason I stayed was because I did not get the insurance. I will never, I mean never book that place again. The owners should be ashamed and that property should be completely remodeled or torn down.

Horrible stay. The hotel over booked some of our guest. The elevator was broken. Breakfast ran out. The toilet made squealing noises everytime you flushed it for two minutes. The cable was out all weekend. Chair in the room was missing a leg. Just an all around bad stay

Love their breakfast but this is the 2nd time I've reserved a room asked about the pool

The room was adequate for our overnight stay. The front desk staff were helpful when our TV wasn't working and accommodating when we needed things like extra towels and washcloths. We would book with this location again.

The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. I still have pictures of the room and in which condition it was.
