Rooms were clean, staff friendly, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby; however the pillows are undersized on king bed, sheet treadcount undesirable, and they did not restock breakfast. We were told breakfast was from 6-9a. We went 8:15a and nothing available. Waited around and they never restocked. Luggage dolly dirty, and they only gave us 1 key stating they have a key shortage. Overall okay, but not worth the nearly $200 per night rate.

Great location The pay later after paying earlier.

The sheets were clean, crisp, and smelled great!! The coffee offered during the morning breakfast. It was so bad, I couldn't drink it. The water in the area also has a sulfur taste to it. Maybe that's why the coffee was so bad.

The downstairs lobby is always clean, vibrant, and neatly stocked and the furniture is in excellent condition, which is a major plus for me. Even the parking lot and entrance area are kept clean and free of overflowing trash cans. However, the one thing I do wish management would consider is moving the designated smoking area a little further away from the front door. Having to walk through clouds of smoke entering or exiting the building was a bit of a nuisance. The rooms themselves are clean, and I love the flooring and furniture. I stayed in Room 308, and my only critique regarding the room itself is that it badly needs a new mattress or box spring; it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very clenand well-stocked with towels and toilet paper. I find shared shower amenities a bit unhygienic. I do bring my own soap etc… but I think miniature, individual bottles would be a much better option for guests. I truly appreciate how well-presented and maintained this property is. The three small issues I noted are just my personal opinions, so I cannot take away from the otherwise cleanliness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable! Well maintained. The pool was not in operation. The receptionist said the pool still needed to pass GA inspection. I asked if I could stay an extra day of which she told me no problem, just let the desk know on the day of checkout. When checkout came, a different receptionist told me they had no rooms however something might open up which is bigger which costs more money.

All of the staff members were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. My original room’s phone did not work, and the TV volume would increase on its own. Unfortunately, all maintenance staff had already left for the day. The agent on duty moved me to another room without any hesitation, which I appreciated. However, the new room was also not properly prepared. There was an empty water bottle behind one of the nightstands, the nightstand itself was dirty, and there were no sheets or blankets provided for the sleeper sofa. Additionally, there were items left inside the sleeper sofa from previous guests.

Very clean

Loved the king size bed, very comfortable, very clean. Very convenient The fold out bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable for those who had to use it

Location We booked there because we were visiting our 4 grandchildren and wanted them to be able to swim in the pool, but it wasn't open. Such a big disappointment. Had we known, we would have stayed at LA Quinta with the indoor pool. Also, the workout room was closed also which we would have used every morning, and we weren't aware that was closed also. Very disappointing for our first stay at your hotel.

Hospitality by staff Tub/shower, need to upgrade to all walk-showers

The homeless clean and had a good breakfast. I did pay for a king sized bed and didn’t get that type of room. They said they “upgraded” me but a queen size with a sofa bed isn’t an upgrade in my opinion.

Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was fantastic. Especially Elizabeth at the front desk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. Breakfast eggs were good. Milk was cold and coffee fresh all day. I had terrible neighbors who threw a party in the room next to me and the staff responded quickly and firmly to remove the offenders. Patio area was quiet and safe. I will stay here again when I return to visit family.
