Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hinesville Fort Stewart

We stayed 3 nights and never had any one come in to make the bed or change the towels. I didn’t see any signs indicating that we needed to ask. It was ok, we asked at the front desk on the 3rd day for fresh towels. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

Rooms were very clean and spacious, with views of front or back. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was delightful and easy parking options.

Breakfast is served from 6-9am and they had a variety of food to choose from including a waffle maker with multiple toppings available. Convenient parking. Facility is close to gas stations and shopping areas. Great value for the money.

The bed it the room was not good, the height of the bed was about 18 inches. The mattress was very uncomfortable, about 6 inches in height. Bath tub instead of walk in shower.

When we got there the concierge apparently wa standing outside as we walked in ...had to wait 5 min before he realized we needed to check in ...btw none of the hotel staff was dressed properly to even differentiate between someone from the street ... had to carry my own towels to the room ..bathroom was dirty , hair around perimeter of shower and toothpaste on perimeter of front counter wall ... was completely noisy at night from the floor above ...next evening our keys didn't work ..again no one standing at counter or paying attention to guests...eggs were runny and food was below average both mornings ...Can't believe parents of military have to endure this everytime we come to visit our kids ...

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast.friendly staff ,comfortable bed The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. A little more detail in vacuuming needed. I did ask at the desk and it was taken care of while we were out

Held my room as I was having issues with the airline. Bed was very comfortable. Room temp was perfect. Bathroom and room were clean. Easy to find location. Close to plenty of food places. Not more fruit at breakfast.

The breakfast was horrible. Dried, caked, inedible options with limited pastry choices for free breakfast. Left a day early no compensation given.

The sofa in the first room smelled like urine. We were moved to another room that had NO sofa and we asked for what we paid for thus we're sent to a 3rd room. That room had poor lighting, the front was torn loose on the a/c unit, the TV in sitting area did not connect thus no service. One garbage can (none in bathroom). Sink in bathroom did not drain until we fixed it ourself. No ice machine on that floor. Beds and all linen/towels were clean.
