Engen Hus Bed and Breakfast

The host is very helpful and pays attention to small details. The breakfast was fantastic. The host took time to make everything perfect. There is nothing we didn't like.

Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.

We loved the place, the communication from the owners, and the ease of coming and going. The house is beautiful. The breakfast was on time and amazing. The room was clean, decorated with comfy furnishings, and very quiet. Every little detail was thought of for the guests. Nothing, it was all very accommodating

Great location. Perfect for skiers. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Maybe a bit pricey compared to say a nice hotel, but lots of amenities.

It’s was a good time there. They upgraded are room to the bigger room.

This is by far the best place that my husband and I have ever stayed. The house was in the center of town, where you could get to the highways within 5 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very cozy. The breakfast that Esther provided was delicious. I thought it was very thoughtful of her to leave a small fanny pack to use for outings on the mountains that had a crossbody style. The backyard was very charming, with all the lights and floral design that she had put on her small shed and around the fence. The hottub was well-maintained and towels were provided. My husband and I loved the living room with the fireplace as well. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Salt Lake City.

Esther was a great host, breakfast was delicious, my room was very clean, bathroom was roomy and well stocked with all the amenities. I would highly recommend! Excellent place!

The bed sheets were so soft and comfy. The towels were a bit worn.

Ester was a great host. Breakfast was amazing. It felt homey and peaceful. A lot of attention to detail.

Beautiful well-appointed home, great breakfast, great host and staff

Breakfasts were excellent. My room did not have a window (there was a door to the yard) and I wanted to enjoy the cool night air. Esther changed my room to a smaller room with a window.

Breakfast was so yummy. Prepared and served on time. We had such a good visit. I am not sure we could find anything to complain or dislike.
