Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Cottonwood

Stayed multiple times with consistent results of clean property, quiet with good breakfast. Unfortunately, bad coffee. Fix that, will ya. Easy access off Belt Route.

Room was clean, spacious and modern Stayed 2 night. Breakfast was good. Conveniently located in Downtown close to many eateries like Cheesecake Factory and shopping close by.

Newer hotel, right off freeway for easy on off travel .

Convenient

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included hot options, which were good. Staff was great. Pool was nice. Close to the freeway and a convenience store, but still a nice quiet location.

I really liked the hotel and the staff was always friendly. The placement did feel perfect and was still able to get around SLC. I wish the breakfasts had more options but it was good!

The staff was great. We had a small issue with connecting to the wifi. The staff had the issue fixed within an hour.

The cons: the lock assemblies on the room doors close like jail cells, rather loud. For people that were leaving for the airport at 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning it was very noticeable. Also, the elevator chimes were extremely loud and was very annoying when calling for the elevator or pushing in the buttons for individual floors.

All around, we were very satisfied.

Everything is good

It was close to where we were going. Staff and the breakfast were great! Only minor complaint was the hot tub was not hot, and our fridge didn’t work but the staff was so helpful to keep our stuff cold!

Receptionist who checked us in was fabulous. Upgraded us to 2 rooms because they double-booked our suite and chatted with us and helped carry our bags as she accompanied us to unlock the 2nd room’s door.

Room was awesome. Updated and nice. Clean and large suites. Only downfall was it is not overly soundproof. We got a complaint made on us when we were just watching tv. People above and beside were noisy, so maybe that was it?!?! Even floor above just walking appeared quite loud. Very nice rooms. Would stay again.
