Overall, my stay was very good. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. My only disappointment was breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from and what was there did not look appetizing.

Staff were friendly and attentive at all hours

Based on the reviews, thought it would be a nice place to stay but wasn’t able to sleep due to the uncleanliness of the bathroom and room. Got checked in around 1 am so was exhausted so did not want to find another place. Did not partake in the breakfast.

The hotel is looking tired. Elevator button to the top floor was broken. The breakfast was not what we used to get from a Crystal Inn brand. Not worth waking up for. Bed and bedding was good. Parking is secure.
-
Room was clean, kids use a pool at evenings.
-
Very happy with the value, location and cleanliness of this hotel. Location was very good as well. Will return
-
Great location for shopping, dining and heading out for hikes. And close to DT and airport.
-
The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning. Our feet were black and our shoes were also black from the dirty carpet. Could use a hanger in the bathroom. No place to hang your clothes when you are showering.

this Crystal Inn is always awesome. We have stayed at the West Valley location, they don't come even close to customer service compared to this one. It is always clean, the staff always helpful, the front desk is awesome, the breakfast is just amazing, the area is the best. Can't say enough good things about this one.

Overall hotel was decent. Breakfast was poor, no options at all. Would it kill you to buy a waffle maker? Ice maker down on fourth floor, hall way smelled moldy on 4th floor as well

Clean & quiet room Ample secure parking Adequate amenities Great price & location (easy to get places with I-215 nearby) Cons: Ran out of sausage for breakfast

Friendly staff, good sized room, good location and great breakfast. We stopped off here for just one night as we were passing through on a road trip.

The tv had no sound, called front desk and they sent someone pretty quickly, he just unplugged and plugged back in, said it will take awhile to reboot, i waited an hour and it did not, called back down, front desk said sometimes it takes awhile, by then it was 9:30 so I just played a couple games on my phone then went to bed. Tried it in the morning it still was not working. As I left i ask to speak to the manager and she was unavailable. After I left within about 15 minutes the manager did call me, she was very apologetic and said since it was a third party booking she couldn't offer my money back but did offer a half price stay on a future visit. I was impressed that she did call me. The non working TV was inconvenient but not a major problem since I didn't check in till evening and like everybody else i carry entertainment around in my phone.

The hotel is tired. Hotel is clean, but the linens are tired. The beds are worn out. The pillows are worn out. I would appreciate if I’m staying somewhere more than one night that my beds get made and fresh linens and towels given. After my second night, I asked the front desk if our room could be serviced. They said yes absolutely. I said I needed more towels and more soap too. When I came back at the end of the day, there were just some towels put on the messy bed and some soap left but nothing was tidied up and beds were not made. The bedding was tired like I said, but also there was blood stains on one of the sheets. If I’m going to stay three nights somewhere, I’d probably have stayed in a better place. For the value of the money, it was a good place. I spent $120 average per night. I guess you get what you pay for. The pool and hot tub was good. The breakfast is good. Two nights we came back late and you could smell weed in the hall. I wouldn’t stay here again.
