Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Midvalley

Well located near freeway where we arrived/departed, beautiful and spacious room, small fitness room which we used. Sound from upper floor was very disruptive throughout the night.

Really great value for a short stay, we stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable, the staff was kind and the checkin was smooth. Small space for breakfast, the breakfast was average. One elevator. The hotel definitely needs refurbishment. Perhaps the value outweighs the aforementioned problems.

I love that breakfast is included! Rooms were decently cleaned my baby crawled on the floor and her stockings were dirty from crawling in the room. Overall I had a good experience!

Check in was good, the staff were friendly. The room was clean except for the bath tub. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety.

Nice staff and good check in. Freeway noise towards the rear of property, ask for a room towards the north end of property for a quieter room.

I love the Crystal Midvalley. The staff is always so friendly and the property is clean and centrally located. I just wish they would have a better variety breakfast. It’s wonderful, but it’s the same almost every day.

Extremely nice hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. We ate on glass dishes & the server opened & shut the breakfast food. Breakfast still didn't cost extra. The hottub didn't work. We could sit in it. It just didn't have bubbles.

The room was clean. Excellent it was awesome. The staff were nice. They were combo and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. The hot tub was really good nice and hot. The pool was nice and cold. The only thing I wished was, they had another elevator because the one they have is so damn slow.

We've stayed here multiple times. Its a great location and a nice place for the price. Amenities are really good. I like the hot breakfast and the staff is super nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over a number ok years. It is starting to show it's age and could use some basic renovation. Price and breakfast are good and the location works for me.

Amazing experience the pool and hot tub were fully functional and clean, breakfast was filling and delicious 😋
