Clean room and a location that is close to everything that I need.

Front desk staff not hospitable

Bed Bugs in the apartments, couldn't sleep once I spotted one , and immediately left .

That particular room only had a few local tv channels

Super nice staff, but the sheets had hair all over them, both beds, and the electrical didn't want except a couple of outlets. The front desk was really nice though, otherwise this would be a 2 star.

There was a sun area next to the window that cushion was all shredded. The bathroom was dirty. The shower walls were smudged with black substance.. The fan in the bathroom was crusted over with dust, and there was no cover over it. Then the following day we got checked in to a new hotel room and even though it says it’s a non-smoking hotel the room that we got checked into smelled like cigarette smoke so they give us a different room. In that different room, same scenario with the bedding. In the bathroom, the shower faucet wasn’t flushed with the wall so as the shower turned on, it just ran down into the wall. You can see the copper piping..

It was a comfortable room with everything working properly. 1) In the middle of the night there was somebody talking loudly in the parking area, which was a bit disruptive for about 20 minutes. 2) The side entry/exit door had a bath towel jammed into the lock to prevent it from having to be unlocked from the outside with the electronic room key, apparently because the outside opening mechanism was out of order. There was a sign on the door explicitly saying that the door is not to be kept open.

Sucks power was off half the night and the next morning that’s after I ended up paying for three nights when I stayed only one

Staff was very rude upon checking in. Room also wasn’t very clean. Mirrors haven’t been cleaned in awhile, stains on the bedding and towels. Found a few bugs in the bathroom as well

Bed bugs, fire alarm non stop rigging, tiny pillows, horrible smell in room

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Hate the brown comforter, love the pillows. Some of the usb ports don’t work and it feels very sketchy when other guests hang outside. Last stay there was 3 different guys at different points of the parking lot and a couple of people loitering by the back entrance. Felt a little unsafe but staff has always been very helpful

We had a reservation and it said we could check-in anytime. Our train was going to arrive at 4am and we had spoke to the manager before hand and he told us it would be okay for us to check in at that time. When we arrived we were told that they cannot find our reservation and that they did not have a room for us and refused to give us a refund. Then told us that the manager would not be back for 20-30 days and that they could no longer help us and went to the back.
