The lady at the desk charged me twice I told her I already paid on booking. Com but she charged me again anyway and was holding me card forever and when she finally figured out I wasn't going to walk away without my card she finally gave it back plus there was drug paraphernalia in the stairs and in front of the building and drug addicts sleeping in the lobby i will never stay at that location again

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was not a typical hotel. Many of the rooms appeared to be occupied by long-term residents, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a residential encampment than a place for travelers. People were smoking directly outside the entrance—including the only employee we saw during our stay—and there were barking dogs and constant noise throughout the property. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The refrigerator did not work, the bedding was worn and threadbare, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening around us. The most disturbing part of the night was listening to a couple engaged in a loud, ongoing fight from approximately 10:00 p.m. until after 3:00 a.m. We seriously considered calling the police because of the aggressiveness of the fighting. After hours of noise and feeling completely uncomfortable, we finally gave up and left at 3:30 a.m. rather than spend another minute there. If you are looking for an actual hotel experience, avoid this property. I would never bring my family here, and I would never stay here again. In fact, I would rather sleep in my vehicle than spend another night at this hotel.

Not much They had signs asking you to clean up after yourself but yet the trash can are all overflowing. When you walk in in the evening around dinner time the whole place smells as if there was a seafood boil going on.

It smelled like cigarettes so bad. My towels even did. No coffee, very scattered staff, I left 50$ worth of food packed in a duffel bag in the fridge on accident. When I came back to get it and recheck in the cleaning lady was eating my grapes in my room and told me the food was gone. My new room was dirty and I don't like first floor but two weeks in a row I couldn't get a room on any other floor, no plates. Cups, half a roll of t.p. upon check in. I've been coming here quite often for years and the staff seems to be going down hill, very spun out, grumpy, tired.
