There is no breakfast/continental meal included. Lobby has a Starbuck's "satellite" for coffee, etc., and breakfast type items. The selection is adequate for the additional college crowd. Atmosphere is very casual and welcome the vending matchine-type offerings. Some kind of signage at or near the corner by the property would have been helpful to find on initial travel. Parking facilities could have been explained better (that there is extra parking across the street).

The atmosphere was great, good design. Hard to find the light switches as they were dark and the walls were dark.

Very friendly staff. Walking distance to everything in downtown Holland. We’d stay again. Only somewhat negative thing is bathroom is small.

Ideal location - walking distance to all the downtown establishments. Coffee shop in lobby. Simple but beautiful interior design. Parking may not be available in hotel lots which are limited. But there are additional marked spots across the street in shopping/restaurant lots.

Great location, very convenient being right downtown and on the campus of Hope College. Hotel clean, modern, & stylish with lots of cool spaces to do work, play games with the family, and relax. We would stay here again for sure!

Great location for walking around and exploring, but be aware that not everything is open for business on Sunday.

So convenient! It seemed like a new hotel. Very clean, modern and nice. Great location to walk everywhere in downtown Holland. The young woman that checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips on what to see around town in the two hours we had to explore. Parking was right by the hotel. It was at the edge of a beautiful college campus. I didn’t know of Hope College but what we saw was very impressive.

It would be great if there were more amenities on site. The coffee shop/cafe wasn't open until 8AM and the line was incredibly long and they seemed to be understaffed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Would have liked some towel racks in bathroom, otherwise nicely supplied. Temperature controls easy to use. Very limited parking right in front of entrance, but more parking across street in 2 directions.
