Reviews
-
Great location in center of town, very spacious rooms.
-
Nice place to stay, close to shops and restaurants
-
Personally did not like the hotel. Was promised one thing and then at check out things were changed
-
Walkable to downtown Holland. Construction going on but never heard anything.
-
Great location to explore downtown Holland.
-
Great time
-
It was very clean; breakfast was good value; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very dark - lighting seemed inadequate for dark decor.
-
Staff was super friendly! The room was amazing
-
The bed was comfortable and the lobby staff was very helpful. Air conditioner was loud, there was no fan in the bathroom, you couldn't tell which button to push on the toilet for dual flush, while nice, the extra high ceilings seemed like a waste of resources, and for what it's worth, if you are going to advertise your LEED credentials at the thermostat, spell check first.

Front desk was very friendly and gave tips on how to navigate the tulip festival. Room layout was great and fun for our kids to have their “own side.” Room service was quick and food was good - could benefit from a table to help eat as there is not a lot of seating available in room for eating. Overall a great location, good room and nice stay!
-
Location was good. Paid too much for a plain room. Not very comfortable. Bare minimum amenities. You pay extra for parking.
-
Walking distance to several Tulip Festival events The Room and the gentleman working during breakfast and coffee
-
Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue

This was lodging all hyped up for the legendary “Tulip Time”: So why was there construction happening during those days? Often starting at 7 am! There was a sign stating there may be noise during midday- an understatement. Further, 1) the “drapes” consisted of 4 panels of fabric, that did not cover the window entirely, allowing sunlight and street lamp light to interfere with sleep/rest, and they got tangled in each other, could rip easily as they were flimsy 2) the heating and air were substandard, hard to regulate, either too hot, further impacting/interrupting sleep and requiring coats in the room when it hit 45 degrees outside with the AC on 3) the room design was disconcerting, with 1 chair plus a lounge chair that could not be used for work, only reclining, and minimal desk space, one could not spread out necessary documents, nor was there any table provided at all 4) no carpet, only dark, hard and cold industrial flooring 5) poor lighting which was facilitated in a closet to get to the bathroom, impacting navigation 6) bed platform stuck out of bed frames, causing unintentional bruising from hitting corners when navigating this poorly designed space 7). the coffee pot was plugged into the wall directly: A HOLE punched into the wall, sheet rock! Dangerous!!! And hidden behind a piece of furniture. Hilton, you can do much better than this.
