Loved my stay here! I interacted with three different staff members, and all were polite and helpful. The room was large and comfortably appointed, and a "welcome" bottle of water provided. Although small, it was still nice to have a pool and a gym. Convenient on-site free parking. Also, there was a good breakfast buffet with make-your-own-waffles...yum! Everything was super!

This is a very nice hotel, clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a bit of an issue that the staff addressed immediately. Best breakfast we’d had after two weeks of hotels on our very long road trip with our dog. I will stay there again when we visit Holland, MI.

I found the hotel to be well maintained. A newer facility. The staff was very friendly. I read some complaining on the mattress and breakfast. The mattress was comfortable, not too hard or too soft with comfy pillows. The food was fresh with a variety of choices, like most hotels. I saw no real complaint. I would stay again. I was off season and found the price great. A food delivery driver said it was a very safe location. Plenty of parking available.

There were nats in our room both nights, and very mushy pillows. The walls had marks on them. Bottom line we weren’t impressed with the room.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Noisy! Could hear everything in rooms adjacent & above us. Difficult to find hotel as well.

This was a fine place to stay for a night or two. Helpful, and cheerful staff and tasty bacon and potatoes with breakfast. Property could use a thorough update and new carpet, but otherwise quite adequate.
