It was the perfect spot for my family of 4. Would be great for a family reunion or bigger group too.

Extremely nice staff Price

The room was larger than the average hotel room with plenty of space to make you feel at home. A shoutout to the cleaning staff as the bathroom was spotless, how did they make the fixtures look brand new?

The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, there is a major noise issue here especially after 10:00pm. We understand this is a family hotel with children and teenagers present . But we were located directly under rooms where little feet could be heard running and jumping well past 10:00pm. In addition a basketball court was located right out our window where teenagers were observed screaming and yelling well past 11:00pm. The solution the hotel staff offered us was to move us. We simply asked that it get a little quieter. Why should we have to move our room?!!!! Suggestion; when an elderly couple checks in, ask if they want a quieter area of the hotel in the first place!!!!

The linens were immaculate and smelled so fresh. The breakfast was hardy, great coffee. Everyone on staff was helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

The public spaces and the room appeared very clean. Our family loved the pool and the indoor-outdoor hot tub. Pool is good size. The only negative at this property is the poor lighting in the hallways. Difficult to see people’s faces.

Love this hotel they have amazing workers and amazing breakfast

Breakfast was good. We had FIVE people in our room which we stated upon reserving the room. I had been hoping for a suite type of room, but the hotel does not have that. Unfortunately, staff or management did not pay attention to the group size as we had to request more coffee pods in the room each day and more toilet paper. We only got 1.5 rolls. Although breakfast was good, please cook the bacon a little more. Everyone wanted CRISP bacon, even other travelers.

The bed was soooo comfortable!!!! Breakfast was the only complaint!

The room was nice and spacious. Location near many restaurants. The pool was an excellent size, and the water is a good temp - not too cold. The indoor/outdoor hot tub is amazing!

Rooms were not ready at check in. Manager at the desk was not helpful and dressed unprofessional. Looked like he just walked in with sun glasses on his head. Had handicap parent with us that just needed a rest and manager at desk had no info or help to give. When their room was ready we went to the room and there was still a woman (a guest NOT HOUSEKEEPING OR STAFF). This was embarrassing and very unsafe! It was a terrible check in process!

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, and comfortable beds. We did not use the pool or gym.

The property was clean and had a good location (only 10 minutes to downtown Holland). The King bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. If you have a family, the amenities are good too (pool and arcade).

Best thing is the pool and jacuzzi, which is indoor/outdoor.
