Swimming pool not working, That’s the reason we booked this hotel because they had a pool and they a national brand. Don’t go there if your kids want to swim. I don’t think it will ever be fixed

Breakfast was good location was good. I booked a room on 9/19 for a getaway with my husband, traveling 2 hours from indiana to Holland. Upon arriving we noticed the side door to the hotel didn't latch so the door was easily opened without a key. The shower floor looked very dirty, but i believe it was stained...It was so black we opted out of even taking a shower. The toilet seat was not secure so when i sat down on it, it lifted up from the backside. When we went to the pool spa area we discovered there was no water in the hot tub and was out of order. Room 200. I will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Very convenient to shopping

Price was high for this time of year

The breakfast was okay. It was nice to grab a quick bite before heading out each day. It would have been nice to have cold water and coffee available in the lobby after breakfast hours. Also, our showers were lukewarm at best and the pool and hot tub were closed after our first night at the hotel.

The room was ok, was over priced for what it ended up being. Management was not accommodating but the workers were friendly. Breakfast was meh as well as things were not stocked and didn’t seem like it was that busy.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast could have been better.

This was a good find for me. The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean. I enjoyed the extra amenity of the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms furniture is old , toilet could have been cleaner, carpet was dusty

The check in process took over 20 minutes

The muffins were tasty The ceiling in the bathroom had so much water damage it looked disgusting. The person who checked us in was unkempt and zipper was down.

Okay place

Great hotel! Much better than similar ones we visited in the past. Clean and well maintained.

However, the hotel is in dire need of renovation, repair, and maintenance. The fan for our window AC unit squeaked the entire night. The hallways were not lit very well. The hot tub was not clean and had soap bubbles. The pool area needed renovation and lots of areas were rusted out. The room had a smell of mildew to it. Whoever owns the hotel or makes the decisions for the hotel needs to step up. It’s not fair to the people who pay to stay there and it’s not fair to your employees who have to work there.

Older property but but decent place. Not great.

OK place for an overnight. Just don't plan to stay for long as there is not even an easy chair in the room. But otherwise comfortable.
