Sharpie at check in was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The Studio room was great! It had a small frig/freezer, microwave, sink. There was a curtain between the seating area and the beds which was perfect for "night readers". The continental breakfast was very good, including some bacon, egg, canadian bacon. The gal manning the breakfast area was very friendly, as was the man at the front desk who told me how to operate the waffle machine. The decor is wonderful...very cheery. The reservation said two queen beds, but they were actually two double beds. No big deal. The sofa is actually a sofa bed in the studio room, which is great if you have kids with you. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, but we could get coffee at 7:00 in the breakfast room, so, also, no big deal. I would DEFINITELY, stay there again. 5 Starts! A real value for the price...or bang for your buck!

This hotel was exactly as pictured. The rooms are clean and beautiful, especially loved the bathroom. All of the amenities were also great. The staff were helpful and courteous. Comfortable bed and guest spaces. Would highly recommend!

Good breakfast for a big family of 8. Very clean rooms and nice beds clean smell too. Nice that they had places that accommodate dogs. Morning staff the 9/20 was very friendly and helpful lady. Not enough towels in the room for that size and the exercise room tv and some machines didn’t work. The market is dint have laundry det to buy either. Thought washer machines would be free for the price.

The facility was a great base for our visit to the southwestern Michigan area. It's proximity to our areas of interest was perfect, and the location served us well during our visit.

Great stay after dropping our son at college. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

This hotel has an incessant vibrating noise apparently from the roof mechanical units. This noise goes on 24 hours a day and in the middle of the night will keep you from sleeping. Management acknowledges the noise problem. Knowing there is a problem does not help. Our next stay will be at a different hotel, and there are many choices available.

The room was spacious.. it had a big fridge and a dishwasher! The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Our room was spacious, but some additional chairs for sitting at the table would have been nice. In addition, a bathroom fan would have been good.
