The thing I really like about staying at any Home2 Suites, and we have stayed at many, is that they are consistent in the excellent quality of every aspect of our stay. You just know it is going to be nice.

Great location. Modern, clean hotel. Great room with full kitchen. Easy breakfast options. Would stay again!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good but not well maintained. We gave up on waiting for breakfast.

The staff were really unhelpful with the laundry facilities in more than one way. They said they didn’t have quarters for it. Then when I finally hunted down quarters- took me two days, (they suggested Meijer customer service who does not do quarters I found out - literally went to 5 diff places before someone took pity on me), I watched the same hotel staff come in and collect quarters out of the machines in front of me with a key(so they could have done that for me to help get quarters instead of sending me on a wild goose chase). The second time I did laundry I opted to go to a laundromat. The breakfast was really awful too. Worse than most hotels with continental breakfast. Everything was off, tasted weird or rubbery, there wasn’t anything that was even ok, so we opted to go to a restaurant some of the days which stinks when you when trying to save time and money with continental breakfasts for the kids - how do you mess up waffles? Lol

The staff members were very nice. The room was spacious and clean... for a 1-bed + 1 sofa room, which we did not book We had 3 guests and booked a room with 2 beds + 1 sofa. When we arrived, the front desk told us they only had a room with 1 bed + 1 sofa; everything else was sold out. This was very disappointing since we paid extra to stay here precisely so that we didn't have to share beds. We have no complaints about the front desk agent -- he was very nice and helpful, but there was nothing he could do.

Overall a nice property, but mattress wasn't very comfy (sheets were amazingly soft though!) Also, a few stains on the sofa cushions detracted from the overall feel of the room. Not worth the nightly rate, imo.

Great

Only thing we need is maintaining the thermostat as the rooms are cool enough during a day but at night it doesn't work and the room gets hot making it uncomfortable to sleep.

At check in they didn't give me the King Suite I had paid for. Finally got the correct room after much drama. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way and kept coming off the track. The refrigerator compressor made a horrible sound all night. Breakfast was over at 9 which was a little early for us on vacation.

The rooms had plenty of room to move around and unpack our clothes for the week. The room was clean. Staff friendly. The pillows are horrible,I used 5 to make one decent one but did not work. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan for the shower steam. The tv was kinda annoying to figure out and front desk people said they didn’t have a manual for that tv so could not help us figure it out.

Very comfortable beds and like having a kitchenette in the room. Slow sink drain in bathroom
