Property was under construction. I would’ve known that in the first place I wouldn’t have booked there. You should disclose that when possible.

When we were checking in the staff advised not to keep my room key near my phone due to the door key card system being so antiquated it would erase the key card the carpet is outdated and dirty the bathroom made me think twice about showering due to the amount of rust around the drain the pool and hot tub had a lot of dirt on the bottom not what you would expect from a indoor facility the breakfast that was included well let just say I stuck with the bagels the highlight of my stay was at least the bed was comfortable

The pictures for this place and deceiving, it seems really nice but when you get there no pictures looks like the actual hotel. Its under construction, once completed could be nice place to stay. Our room had wires sticking out of the ceiling and couldn't use the tub only shower since drain was bent. No wifi, it was a complete let down. Im really tired of these listing showing this amazing hotel and you get there and its not even the same place.

Had a great stay however it was under construction so not all stairs were available…staff was great

The room was clean and spacious. They are in the process of renovating which is needed but nice what they have done. Rates were good. Staff was outstanding.

The male with the pink curly ish hair who check us is wasn’t the most pleasant worker, but he wasn’t rude I guess. He didn’t make eye contact nor did he seem friendly. But the female we had in the morning was so friendly and kind to all. The pool didn’t seem to be heated. But it wasn’t too cold. Breakfast included was good. Outside could use a little updating but it wasn’t terrible.

They were going through renovation so it’s a little tricky to give them an excellent, but our room was clean and when we asked for anything they willingly helped. The breakfast was wonderful and is maintained by a wonderful woman, who also was training in someone and is an excellent trainer.

Decent place to stay. One of the staff members closed the hot tub/pool at least 20 minutes early which sucked. That was my only complaint. Primary reason for staying here was the hot tub but other than that, everything else was good. I liked how they were playing Christian music!

The property was located along a main road with lots of shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very nice and made the checkin and out process very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking felt a little crowded, but there were always available spots!

It was a great place to stay.

The idea of the room The hair and water in the jacuzzi Being "greeted" by the fireplace in your room doesn't work. I had left a note that it was our honeymoon night thinking maybe we would be greeted by at the latest a congratulations!! Breakfast around 8 and little to nothing in the way of options. Had to ask for more eggs that wasn't received well. Lacking customer service and hospitality feeling

Decent

Hot tub was out of commission due to a broken pipe. The hammock on the outside patio was so worn it was a safety hazard to even attempt to sit in it. They are clearly remodeling and had construction materials laying around everywhere. Staff made assumptions about what was going to be asked and attempted to answer before the question was completed. They were never right and always extended the conversation because of it. The inside door lock fell off of my door.

Things we liked: The pool was clean and the hotel didn’t have that awful chlorine smell so many get. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in staff were very kind and helpful. The bear decor in the lobby was cute! Great, central location. Easy to find and lots of parking. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Things that could have been better: Rooms are only eligible for cleaning every 3 days. So we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels (small kiddo- got messy!) They seemed short staffed often. Honestly, this is a 3-star hotel so I completely understand all of the above. And we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that really bothered us was that our key card to our door never worked. We’d have to try it multiple times and had to have them replaced TWICE in 3 nights. And even then, at one point we started propping open the door for ease of re-entry. They are currently doing some renovations and I really hope this is resolved.

Git there had wait to get checked in then the sign said breakfast til 10 am but the hotel clerk said til 9 am

The guy working at the front desk was rude. Our room did not have a shower curtain or an outlet cover around one of the outlets in our room, making it dangerous.
-
When we arrived our air conditioner was turned off. It was super hot in our room and didn’t cool down to 2am. Made sleeping difficult. Otherwise lovely visit, good food.

When I entered my room, there was a very unpleasant odor. While looking around, I found a used diaper under the sink, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. It appeared that the front desk employee was also responsible for managing the breakfast area, so she was constantly running back and forth to restock items. I've stayed at less expensive hotels that offered cleaner rooms and much better breakfast selections. Overall, I don't feel this hotel provides good value for the cost, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The outside door would not lock so we had to travel through the hotel every time we left. The toilet was clogged when we got there on Monday, so we informed the housekeeper of it as we were leaving to go tour the town. We returned later that day, and no one had come to take care of the problem, so I went to the front desk and the guy working there handed me a toilet plunger like it was my job to do. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and wash clothes and toilet paper every day. No one came for trash all week. I would never stay there again
