Very clean Staff was a little rude

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was spacious and worked well for a family. Breakfast was delicious. We were woken up to a fire alarm, but there is not much that the staff could do about that.

The room was excellent.. clean and everything we needed... Nice hot breakfast too The noisy children next to our room.. running in and out and slamming the door.. The parents not controlling them... Don't put children next to adults only rooms.. there were lots of rooms open further away.

The hotel itself is nice, but the service/staff is worst we have ever seen in a Marriott property. Multiple issues with service at this hotel throughout the stay, for our rooms and many others. Despite repeated requests and assurances that our rooms would be cleaned every day, we never did receive housekeeping. The outlet in our bathroom was not functioning, and despite many requests, no one ever checked on it. The toilet in the restroom by the pool overflowed and no one cleaned it up (or even put an "out of service" sign up) for three days. There were no extra towels for rooms or towels for the pool until our third day. When I asked why our rooms hadn't ever been cleaned, the desk clerk told me "our computers are down so we don't know which rooms to clean." When I reminded her I had given her our room numbers for 3 days to make sure they would be serviced, she said "well how am I supposed to remember your numbers?" Breakfast was consistently devoid of hot products, and if there happened to be an item left, it was burnt to a crisp. The oatmeal had the consistency and flavor of wet concrete. There was no refilling of plates, etc when they ran out, and no hotel staff seemed to be supervising/stocking the breakfast. When any issues were brought to the attention of the front desk, the young woman working there made no attempt to resolve any concerns. There was always a line at the desk, due to the number of issues all hotel guests were having. Very disappointing.

2. The day staff did not stay at the front desk. They're was always a line. My boyfriend actually walked back there and they were on all their phones.

Check in and check out we're slow, though we were the only one there for check in, and the gentleman in front of me had to walk around to find a staff member when no one was there when we were leaving. Otherwise, this was perfectly fine. Our room was incredibly spacious and even had a separate desk and couch area and a walk in closet. Our tub drained slowly, and the handle on our bathroom door was falling off, but neither impacted our stay. The sound proofing was excellent, and we appreciated the Holland magazine, which led us to our favorite experience, taking the Holland Mill tour and shopping the show room.

It was a short stay for the night. Room was wonderful and the staff was very kind and helpful

The only issue was the check in. The computer system was updated an our reservation was hard to find. The only issue was the check in. The computer system was updated an our reservation was hard to find.

The hotel is located in a central area of Chicago, within walking distance of many attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a large, clean room on a high floor, with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If we return to Chicago, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. None

Good cleanliness. Comfortable beds. More water pressure in shower. Reading light bulb burned out

There was no one at the desk when we got there. My husband stood and waited a good while before someone finally showed up. We got to our room and found there was no hand soap to be found in the bathroom. We had two towels and four people. He went back down at one point but there was no one at the desk again. At one point during the night we saw another man standing at the desk saying “Hello?” “Hellooooo?” To no avail. We went and got in the pool, and there were no towels in the pool room. After going back to our room to shower, we discovered the conditioner dispenser in our shower was empty. The property was nice and clean but not stocked, and the staff was nowhere to be found during the night. Alright place to sleep for the price, if all you need is a few beds it’s fine. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Bring your own necessities.

Our stay was very nice. Location, amenities and value were all great. We had a small issue with our toilet not flushing the second night of our stay. The hotel was completely booked and hotel only had one employee working that evening. Luckily for us that employee was Alexis and she was more than pleasant, professional and accommodating. She was asked to do more than her job entailed (I'm sure) but did so with a smile. Thank you. We will definitely be back. Toilet backing up

The desk chair was broken and the sliding bathroom door was broke and would not lock. The pull out couch was not clean and had stains and crumbs. The mini fridge also had crumbs. We also discovered one of the pillows had black mold looking stains. This hotel claimed to be an official partner with USA soccer, but when trying to watch the FIFA World Cup game we were unable to watch it. There was also no opportunities to be able to stream as well. The lady at the front desk tried to help solve the problem but was unsuccessful and acted like management didn't care. The outside doors to the parking lot keyfob didn't work. Also the door to the outdoor deck off the pool didn't work too. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken.
