The location was convenient, all of the common areas and the room were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. We really had no complaints.

We were frustrated that we didn’t get any room cleaning over a 4 night stay, even though we asked for it. Our door lock’s batteries died and it took 3 trips to the front desk and 45 minutes to get it resolved. This has been our go to place to stay, but we are looking into alternatives for our next trip.

Also, we were put into a room that was known by staff that the air conditioning didn’t work. I was told there wasn’t another room available, there was, there wasn’t and finally only 1 other room was available and I could choose between floor 2 or 4 for where I wanted my room. Um, that means theres more than 1 room available. Staff said they’ve notified manager of air conditioning issue but obviously wasn’t addressed.

I would recommend getting the top floor as you can hear the steps of people above you. Not enough insulation I’m guessing.

breakfast = 💩. We paid like one million dollars ($300🤑) with breakfast included...let me tell ya... it was NOT🗣. Breakfast "is served till 10am", we got down at 9am there was nothing. The worker who is supposed to replenish the food literally spent her whole shift chilling in the storage room till someone had to go beg her for individual items, and even then you had to go up to her individually to ask for something you wanted, which she'd retrieve at a leisurely enough pace that our whole morning out the window. Would never recommend..
