Plenty of room for parking sn oversized vehicle. Friendly staff. It was such a convenience to get served both breakfast and supper.

Our room was perfect! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. What we really enjoyed was the patio in the back. We brought our drinks out there, sat by the fire and enjoyed a girls weekend away. Also Eric at the front desk was so kind and helped us with our travels around town.

The room set up was perfect! The staff was wonderfully helpful. My husband thought the bed was too soft, but otherwise a great place to stay in Holland!

Overall the hotel was clean, spacious, and safe. It was easy to get to and not far from downtown and located near several restaurants, stores, and theaters. Our room was very noisy with sounds from above and around. The continental breakfast was just ok as there could have been some healthier options available. The hotel seemed short staffed during breakfast as dishes were often empty and needed filling. The ice machine in the dining room g area also ran out of ice. Most other hotels also offer some sort of 24 hour drink station where you can at least get some lemonade or coffee.

Clean, but furniture falling apart and not maintained. Limited seating around fire and unable to use due to 4 people sitting there already.

The staff and the facilities were incredible. We loved our room. It gave us everything we needed and more. The suits are spacious and well maintained. We considered an Airbnb and decided this in the end was a better choice for us because of all the amenities. The pool in the hot tub were open almost constantly. The workout facilities met all of our needs. It was a great choice for us and our trip as a couple. Highly recommended.

There was a big hole in the floor next to the air conditioning which was really dangerous. When we told the staff they did not offer to change our room.

After 4 days away from home and staying at a "micro" disappointment, this hotel was the way to end a trip. Everything was done to perfection. The bed, the linens, the bathroom, the kitchen (yes, kitchen) the tv, was perfect. We didn't have time to try the pool and the spa, but this is where im staying from now on whenever I visit Holland michigan

This is our second time staying at this location. The free laundry, meals, and friendly staff make it such a comfortable place to stay. We’ll probably be back! Great value!
