Great hotel and great staff. Thank you Eric for switching our room after we checked in and our guest room had no AC. He switched us out with no problems.

Breakfast food. Eggss and sausage were always undercooked. No gluten free options at all.

The accommodations were wonderful and the social hour (taco night) and hot breakfast were an added bonus. Front desk staff were very friendly & efficient. Very nice location convenient to the Nelis Dutch Village & Windmill Island Gardens.

Amazing property close to downtown. Great pool, outdoor seating with fireplace and grills. They offered buffet breakfast and happy hour food included. Very clean and rooms were great with kitchens

Weird guy roaming halls and front desk, appears to live there and letting fireworks off outside next room window freaking our dogs out. TV screen pixelated/broken upon arrival

The guy working the front desks at check in was awful, he kept going on and on about the hotel having a taco Tuesday that was great but they are not having it tonight ( we checked in on a Tuesday) it took him 20 minutes at the very least to check us in, because he kept talking about things they do not have. We had dinner reservations in downtown Holland at 7:30, we had to cancel because our card keys did not work we got locked out of our room for over 45 minutes, trying to get this guy to come change the batteries. He acted very dismissive about our situation and committed that “ batteries run out’ it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional Staff. Air conditioning was very loud. Sometimes shut off Towels in the bathroom were old and thin. Picked up some new ones and were great Not enough silverware. One teaspoon and 2 forks.

Helped with getting 2 rooms close together Nice Breakfast great coffee. Best I’ve ever had at hotel. Clean room Disappointed with the air conditioner. It was a wall unit that was very loud and sometimes didn’t work. If staying for a while would have had to ask for silverware. Only one spoon and 2 forks. Some of the towels were old and frayed. They just need to look at them. I would recommend staying here. There’s always something small that can be wrong. We were there for and event We are members of this chain of hotels.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

However, there were just a few things awry. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived. But the A/C was not working there, so we were given a different room, and had to schelp all our stuff to one floor up. The room was very nice, and they offered a little 'social hour' with a complimentary buffet offered , which we enjoyed one night of our stay. We also enjoyed the chic and well equipped kitchen in our room. The lobby had a wondeful space for relaxing and reading. Only complaints: the smoke detector was dangling on the ceiling; the seal at the base of the door was peeling off; and the bed was a little too high and 'poofy' for my taste. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our little romantic getaway.

Check in took half an hour as they only had a single person at the desk but 4 people trying to check in and the person at the counter couldn't seem to focus on getting people in. The floor in the main hall by the elevator was constantly dirty, not cleaned once in the 4 days I was there after someone spilled something sticky. I could hear the voices of the people in the room next to mine as well as every bark of their small dog. There was no map of where to find the pool or the fitness room. No one was available to help me check out. The bathroom had hair/beard shavings from the previous guest in it. Some of the utensils were missing. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the towels were thin and scratchy.

Taco night was a surprise - it would have been nice if refried beans would have been offered. Not really complaining, just a thought

We really enjoyed our stay here & the amenities were great.

There was no bar to relax in.

Convenient location. Nice pool. Well lit parking lot. Hotel very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast selection and happy hour food options. Light over cooking surface didn't work. Tub wouldn't drain but maintenance fixed it.

Friendly desk clerk. Breakfast was so so. Eggs watery and bland. Great coffee!

There was no crib at this site despite it saying there was a crib available upon request which we requested when we booked. We had to buy a crib which was very disappointing

The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a gentleman and made the check-in process easy. He also explained everything we needed to know clearly. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made the stay comfortable. We used the pool and spa, and both were nice. The laundry machines were clean, which was helpful during our trip. The room was very good, comfortable, and spacious enough for our stay. The hotel is also in a good area, close to downtown Holland and nearby food options. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay with friendly service, a good location, and comfortable rooms.

Plenty of room for parking sn oversized vehicle. Friendly staff. It was such a convenience to get served both breakfast and supper.
