It could’ve been a bit cleaner. The room was very smelly and the toilet needed extra care

Poor WiFi, actually never able to connect. Light bulbs missing, no iron or ironing board available, and no where to hang your clothes.

Easy to get to and right in town. The room reeked of mildew due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. The room wasn’t that clean (hair on the pillows and used soap in the bathroom from other guests). The bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Hard and very uncomfortable.

Location, nice bath tub/shower, nice big table in the room. One male employee was nice and helped us bring a bike up the stairs since they don’t have an elevator. The man who checked us in wouldn’t speak to us at first, wouldn’t even say why he wasn’t speaking. He was lazy and and gave us hand towels instead of going and getting actual towels. The fees for dogs is the most expensive Ive ever seen, 40$ per dog per night. The fridge door didn’t close.

No safety bar by the bathtub. A trip hazard close to the bathroom. Only one chair in room for 4 people. WiFi was not working.

No breakfast available. There was a smokey ordor & the bathroom needs some work to upgrade.

No coffeemaker in the room and some lights didn't work.

No hair dryer. Fridge not working. Few toiletries. Minimum number of towels.

It was close enough to where I needed to go like work and a few restaurants as well as the gas station The staff were rude and totally non understanding of situations as well as what had happened in the room one night which I had walked away from because I couldn’t deal with the drama and their tvs only let you get like three to four cable channels because their tv service sucks

The Economy Inn offered lodging for less than a third of the cost at adjacent hotels. It is an older two story motel building with individual room doors opening to the outdoors. Furniture and fixtures are older but our room was clean and beds very comfortable. Very quiet all night. The reasonable rates are possible because there is no pool, no exercise room, no breakfast provided. No microwave or coffee maker in room. None of these items was detrimental to my enjoying the excellent room rate, the comfortable environment, and the kind and friendly hotel staff. Thanks, Economy Inn of Holland. -dw P. S. I routinely travel with my 4 cup Mr. Coffee and my own ground coffe from home because I prefer those to the machines and packaged coffee typically provided in hotels The blackout curtain on the window works fine but a sheer translucent white secondary curtain is needed to provide privacy while also admitting light during daylight hours. Needed because other room traffic passes the window as other guests access other rooms. Minor maintenance needed to dresser (drawers did not stay closed). Some electrical outlets are old and plugs fit loosely, tending to fall out.

I didn’t see any breakfast. It was 9:15, so I thought maybe it was over. I grabbed a coffee but it was cold. The trim around our door was coming off making it difficult to close our door. Also had to wait to be let in the office. The faucet in the tub was old and my husband didn’t want to break it so didn’t take a shower because the knob you pull out for water was iffy and he didn’t want to force it or break it.

Upon arrival asked to see room before checking in. Concerns after reading reviews about cleanliness and bed bugs. Clerk rude and not professional or friendly.

Ground level floor, next to a great restaurant. The room had a bad odor. There were no racks to hang things. Floors were dirty
