Room wasn't clean Bugs along corners... no elevator no help bringing up stuff. Hallways smelled bad even breakfast that they offer was more of to go boxes

Good location for those who want to be in Holland but not downtown, room was clean, staff was friendly There were a lot of random people lurking around the property, the pool didn’t match the pictures, the building isnt secured, anyone could walk in and the rooms not in use are propped open. The carpet in the hall was pretty gross. There were a lot of pungent odors. Our key cards were deactivated daily, we had to go down every day to get them reactivated. They said it was out phones but we didn’t have them near each other. No one asked for ID when getting the cards reactivated which again is a security concern. Also something gave me an asthma attack everyday. Typically only happens when around mold. I did see mold on the shower curtain but no where else.

The AC is very loud and running all the time regardless of the settings. I asked staff to check and did not work either.

The staff stood out for their kindness and hospitality. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room was up to date and clean. The bed side plugs were high quality, and there was bed side lighting. The location was great, close to the beach and market. The TV was small.

Good location to explore Holland, Mi. Location is a little away from everything but only a 10 min drive from downtown. Rooms are clean and spacy. No breakfast but good collection of breakfast snacks. Friendly staff. There was more noise than expected from people hanging at the pool after closing time. And nobody paid attention. You better choose a room at the front to avoid this.

My wife and I checked most of the reviews of Hotels / Motels in this area and this is the one that we would rate 5 *. We were happy with our 3 day stay.

The pet order was really bad in the hallway leading to our room. Will not book again.

Easy to get to from the highway. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. No complaints
