The breakfast was absolutely awful and not a normal continental breakfast, staff were not friendly but overall the hotel did its job and gave us a place to sleep.

A bit over priced, no hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower. The room was clean, and quiet.

Hotel was easy to get into, easy check in, room was nice, comfortable, ice cold AC and fairly clean with an exception of flying ants that seemed to hang out by all the lights and tv & occasionally land on me.. thankfully it was just ants, would recommend that the hotel maintenance immediately treat the problem, found them in all the hotels disposable cups as well so I had to use my own. Bed and sheets were soft and comfortable, breakfast area was clean and staff was pleasant. Coffee & hot water machine was out of service so couldn’t help myself to any tea, but they did put out coffee urns, I’m sure I could’ve got hot water as well if I asked but I didn’t want to hassle anyone. Overall not a bad stay, It was decent for passing through the area, all easy fixes to make stay much better. Hope management handles the issues.

The room was updated and clean. The breakfast room was clean, but eggs were rubbery and meat patty was dry and did not have much taste. Our first bad experience with staff was when we tried to check in. Having arrived after a 4-hour road trip, we were anxious to get into our room, freshen up and rest a bit before exploring the city. There was a $25 check-in fee to check in at noon. Check-in was 3pm. The following day we returned to our room at 3pm and found that our room had not been serviced. We needed clean towels to shower for an evening event. My husband went to the front desk and was TOLD to find the cleaning staff in a 3 story hotel to get clean towels!! He did because the desk clerk would not call them for assistance. The cleaning staff showed up in our room to clean at 6pm when we were getting ready for our evening event. If check-in is not until 3pm, one would assume that all rooms had been cleaned. This was a very disappointing experience.

The breakfast was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a decent value all around.

Parking wasn't bad. Room was very clean.

Good hotel to stay for a few nights. Room is small but beds were comfortable. Only a few tables for breakfast. We were fine with eating in our room.

Awesome place, excellent staff!!

Breakfast was very average - example: the scrambled eggs were just barely scrambled so you could see the squares that they originate from so clearly "industrial" and calling them eggs is a stretch. When we left, 10:00 on a Sunday morning, there was no clerk at the desk - just a sign that they'd be back shortly.

Everything went well! I got the gucuzzi room and it was great!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator was loud & there was a train that ran nearby. Not terribly noisy but you could definitely hear it.

The hotel served its purpose for a budget-friendly one-night stay, and the price was hard to beat. However, the property is definitely showing its age. The rooms felt outdated and had a noticeable old, musty smell. We also experienced quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to fully relax. With some updates, improved soundproofing, and a refresh to the rooms, this hotel could be a much better option. Overall, it was acceptable for a short stay, but don't expect anything beyond the basics.

Asked for assistance to cancel referred to third party and the they declined my refund
