Baymont by Wyndham Holland

Place was fairly clean. Breakfast was alright. Not bad value for the cost.

We stayed in three different rooms due to several bookings. All rooms were clean. Had plenty of towels and toiletries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and warm. Choices of egg, sausage, bread, bagel, coffee, waffles, yogurt, jelly, juice. Parking was very convenient. Always close to front entrance.

A fine place for a one or two night stay. Comfortable bed and clean. A bit dated. Small breakfast area and thinner walls. I would stay again for a night or two.

Front desk was somewhat challenging, The young clerk wanted additional several hundred dollar deposit after paying for room in full. She could not offer a receipt, offered the ATM to get cash and then said she still couldn’t give me an official receipt for cash. She offered a scrap piece of paper as a receipt for cash. When I asked to speak to management, her father owner refused to speak with me.. When I insisted I required a receipt on letterhead with the details of my deposit printed she was able to generate it. This all took over 15 minutes after a long drive and was unnecessary and avoidable. I am a mature, professional with ID, paid in full CC and no additional deposit was noted on any listing. Upon entering the room it smelled terrible and was not cool. Will not stay there again.

Paid $100 for a deposit on site and they never refunded me it. Didn’t leave a thing in the room. Basically stole $100 from me. Front desk person wasn’t helpful and communicated poorly

Mold in window curtains. Family woke up congested and sick

The breakfast was very nice! The motel was updated Anna nice value for the money. Can’t do anything about the traffic. That’s about the only negative.

Went down for breakfast, eggs were gritty. One bite and I was done. Have stayed at Baymonts quite a bit. This has to be the most run down of them all. Asked for a clean top sheet as ours had stains, girl at counter didn't understand what we were asking for and gave us another cover. Room was so small, why even have a iron board...no where to set up. Had leftovers put in fridge to pull out the next morning and they were frozen. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. One elevator very clanky. 1 ice machine on main level. Bathroom not even big enough for 2 people to get ready. If holland wasn't sold out we would have left. So disappointed!!!

Quite an expensive room rate for this property. Breakfast was not good as expected.

For the price this hotel charged for our stay, the service and room upkeep were barely adequate. When we got to the hotel, we were very tired and we had a fairly long wait to get into our room. Although the person at reception was relatively nice, she was handling a reservation on the phone and another customer ahead of us while we stood and waited. Our hotel room had really nice floors, but the bathroom seemed a bit grungy. In the middle of my shower, I realized there was absolutely no conditioner in the large bottle and at that point it would have been difficult and awkward to remedy the situation. We stayed in a much nicer hotel with better service the night before for a much lower price. The breakfast was quite nice.

The breakfast for this hotel was pretty good. Had a lot of options. The staff was excellent. We felt that the amenities offered that were lacking, however, this is an economy hotel. its not intended to have a lot of amenities
