Hotel is clearly under renovation but I did not like looking down when I got in the shower and just seeing black, made me question the cleanliness of everything else. Staff at check in was polite. We really were only there to sleep but unlikely to return

Our room was very clean, but common areas needed more attention. Hotel is undergoing renovations but could take more care to keep common areas more inviting.

Great stay, nothing to complain about!

When we entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness was lacking. There was hair throughout the room, and one of the beds had dirt and crumbs in the sheets, making it obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The carpet was stained, and the ceiling above the shower had been cut open and poorly repaired, giving the room an unfinished, neglected appearance. The hot tub was another disappointment. The water was noticeably cloudy, which made us uncomfortable using it and raised concerns about its maintenance. After experiencing all of these issues, I asked if they could accommodate a simple 30-minute late checkout. Even after speaking with management and explaining the problems we encountered, they declined the request. Between the construction, poor housekeeping, maintenance issues, and lack of customer service, this stay fell well below the standards I expect from a DoubleTree. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend this property to others.

Staff was great! Bathroom was covered in what looked like and hoping was mud. Primarily in the shower and on toilet seat.

The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast.

Nothing They kick us out over a little tiny accident that my elder mom had did on the bed didn't even give us a different room when she didn't mean to and they said they would will never go back

Staff and amenities were great. Large parking facility and close to downtown Holland.

Sadly both times we have stayed at this hotel we have had issues. First the AC didn’t work and then the room was slightly dirty.

Check in was fairly simple in person...I don't recommend using the Hilton app for check in as it's easy to switch your room and not so easy to get it switched back. The hotel was quiet even though it was fairly busy. The stairway to the 2nd floor had a funny order to it but nothing to crazy. The room was cozy although the linens had a few stains on them. We didn't check breakfast out as we had to check out early for cheer competition. Overall it was a decent hotel for the money we would consider staying again if in the area.

They were in the middle of renovations

Room was dirty they had to come clean it Gave me a smaller room than booked. Staff was very rude and breakfast was disgusting

Average room nothing special Big hotel but seemed to be on the verge closing down almost vacant

Room was always clean, staff is very friendly, great breakfast options. Should implement to not change towels every day! Feels unnecessary

The place is under construction and has mattresses in common areas.Back parking lot was closed by our room. Elevator needs servicing. The man at check in was very friendly. The woman did not acknowledge anyone and sat on a computer. The pool area was nice and clean.

They were clearly under construction/remodeling but we weren’t bothered by any of it. Perhaps I misunderstood where breakfast was because I didn’t find it. Overall though it was a nice room and pleasant staff.
