Great location and stay.

The pool area was decent. The breakfast was good. We were put into a different clean room right away , and the overnight staff was accomodating. Our first room had food on the walls and ceiling. The bed head board had greasy hand prints smeared all over, and were right up to the pillows. There was crumbs on the nightstand. and particals of who knows what hanging fromt the night stand lamp. One of our supplied white towels had yellow stains on them. They were folded nicely as if they were replaced from the previous customer, but were dirty. GROSS! The resturant for breakfast was closed on our first morning. We got to use it the 2nd morning but the room felt like it was a last minute after thought, and very generic. The rest of the hotel was under construction. The parking lot was very dark, and felt unsafe. Obviously someone is trying to make this place nicer, but we werent aware of any of this until we arrived. For the amount of money we paid, it was not up to comparable standards.

The location was convenient for getting to both Saugatuck and the South Haven beaches, and it seemed to be one of the better affordable options in the area. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

Enjoyed my stay. I did not realize that B/F was additional cost. Staff very helpful and friendly. Did not like the bathtub with shower. If I stay again, I would like a non-tube shower.

Clean rooms great breakfast

Shower was cracked and piece missing. Reported it and staff at front desk was non chalant about it said would have maintenance look at it next day and no one showed

The room was not clean. Beds were made and bathroom slightly wiped down but random hairs and substances were still in the sink and shower, the coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned in some time,all sheets had some sort of stain on them and there were still left over wrappers and candy on the floor from previous guests. The pull out couch was in no way comfortable and when asked for a comforter to put on it to try and add padding was given some flat sheets. I am not usually a complainer especially for a pull out bed only being slept on for a night but just using my hand I could pick out each spring of the mattress, it was TERRIBLE and felt like it was about to fall apart. The breakfast was also not included so we paid for 4 vouchers during reservation just to come down in the morning to the breakfast area completely closed. I get it, things happen, staffing is hard and things get missed, but for a 250 dollar stay we expected far more.

The pool did not seem very clean and the hot tub did not work properly- the temperature was too cold and the jets did not work.

1. Staff was well mannered 2. Room was clean 3. Manager was on point We will not return to this hotel because of the lack of consideration , extending our checkout would have given us time to eat our breakfast, pack and leave. Restaurant staff was considerate and polite.

Lots of little ones in hot tub which was why we chose this hotel but never was able to enjoy. Bar and grill was inconveniently closed as well. Otherwise, besides these issues, clean hotel and quiet after 10pm when pool closed.

We stayed there for a night and the staff was there rude and not helpful. Our rooms were dirty and dirty bedsheets too. We arrived at 2pm and we're not even asked to leave our luggage in the lobby for our rooms to be ready to check in. They said they were cleaning the rooms but we still got dirty rooms and service was so bad. The sofa beds mattress springs were popping out the bathrooms had hair and tub was dirty. I would not stay here again

The common areas were all under construction. Our fridge in our room didn’t work. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Coffee maker was gross. In 2026 we don’t have smart TVs in the rooms. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It felt more like a 2.5 star.
