Room 6 had boogers on the wall and mold on bathroom shower curtain and heat didn’t work

Hotel was comfortable. Safe were very friendly and I appreciate them being so kind despite the late hour. Was noisy and people were coming and going at all hours.

They cancelled my reservation even though I called and said I wasn’t gonna be there until midnight cause they tried to charge my card on file but I planned to check in with a different card. When I called they never mentioned they were going to charge my card early. I reserved the pay later option. The hotel keeps trying to charge me.

Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was impeccable and the shower hot with a lot of pressure.

I got what I paid for. It was noisy both from street noise and from others coming and going all night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and was told 15 minutes later someone would stop by and it was over an hour and then I got treated like I was dumb even though their own employee couldn’t help me initially. Also any hotel with no deadbolt is a no for me.

For the price, this was a basic, comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and kind, though everything took a long time for some reason. The TV wasn’t working but they came and fixed it for us.
