Room was okay at best. No curtains, so light shines into thd room at night. Honestly, pay the extra $30 or whatever to stay in a better place.

Hollister Inn was a wonderful surprise. When driving up to the location on day 13 of a 15 day road trip I was anxious. A couple of our earlier stays had looked great online but were major disappointments. The Hollister Inn's exterior does not do their accommodations justice. It is like cracking open a geode, the outside is a little rocky but hidden gems lie inside. The rooms were immaculately clean and well appointed. Roomy and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with clean nice linens. Roomy with plenty of juice for electronics, and we had a sofa as well as a desk. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed, including a bidet toilet seat. The staff were all quiet but friendly, very nice and accommodating. Parking was a breeze as we were right in front of our rooms.

Excellent stay at this Inn. My husband and I stayed for a night and enjoyed it. Very clean and outstanding customer service. The sheets were pristine. The room was clean and cosy. Adequate for one night and reasonably priced. N/A

The room smelled very clean when we walked in. Everything was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to food, convenience stores and gas. Walking distance to downtown. I will definitely stay there again.

Hollister Inn is a very reasonably-priced and reliable place to stay in Hollister. They've done some good work in the past couple of years improving the rooms (showers have newer tiles, etc.). Staff are polite and helpful. I had trouble with turning on the TV over the past couple of stays, but their internet worked well. Rooms clean. Location that is a short walk from the restaurants and such in the center of town.

The room amenities were actually quite nice. The microwave was newer and worked well, the refrigerator kept everything perfectly cold, and the air conditioner cranked out plenty of cold air, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. I’ve stayed at hotels on the Las Vegas Strip that cost considerably more and didn’t even include a refrigerator or microwave, so having both here was a definite plus. Overall, this is a straightforward, no-frills motel. As long as you arrive with realistic expectations and aren’t looking for an upscale hotel experience, it gets the job done.
