Hollywood Palms Inn and Suites

The room was not ready on time, but it wasn't a big deal. The room looked nicer than expected, but the AC was not working and it was not very clean. Overall the stay exceeded my expectations, but honestly my exceptions were low to start. It feels like they might be trying to make improvements, but they just are not there yet.

I loved how convenient everything was around the hotel. Everything was easy to walk to nice room had a mini fridge microwave, but no coffee pot and a noisy bed, but it was comfortable. Other than that. It was an amazing stay. Also it had great parking so you didn’t have to pay for parking somewhere..

The hotel was centrally located and really good value for what we paid. There was construction next door but didn't bother us too much. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and gave us a very early checkin for free, thank you again for this! Wifi was slow, cleanliness could be better, very cheap toiletries, but for the price it's not a big deal.

They also charge a cash deposit, which also seemed odd, but we got it all back. There also wasn't any soap or shampoo in our room. Otherwise, the room was nice enough and clean, so the weirdness I guess was okay for how inexpensive it is. Doubt I'd stay there again though.

construction across the road started at 7am, it was so loud. the room itself was very clean, expected for a 2/ 3 star motel. very average, should have bit slightly cheaper for what it was. the bed was ok, not overly comfortable. fine for 1 night.

Was a beautiful updated room, comfortable and clean, but due to construction across the street it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. Of course that is beyond the control of the hotel.

The location. The shower head was OK. We got three HALF STUFFED pillows that were probably old and reused. They didn’t have any shampoo conditioner or coffee. They had one bar soap and two makeup remover wipes. The “closet” had a broken handle. Not to mention their office is locked so we have to ring a bell at a window at least 3-4 times to get them to come to it. Also the remote and tv weren’t synced right so we had to keep asking why it wasn’t working and ask them to fix it. They left the toilet paper with about 3 uses left on the roll. And one extra. Never seen that before. And for the price we paid and $200 deposit we weren’t told about, it would’ve been nice to have. The AC DID NOT WORK! I told the manager and he did nothing about it! We were sweating the entire time. Never any offer for a new room either. Cigarette burn in the sheet also.

Terrible place they should tell people the right information before booking they only allow one vehicle per room and make sure to take cash because they ask for a 200 deposit cash only and no cable or internet service tv doesn’t work also beds are very uncomfortable and dirty blankets not worth it don’t book this place and no refunds if you ever think on getting refunds such a bad experience here hope this helps for others

The room was terribly hot and the air-conditioning was not adequate. The room was incredibly uncomfortable. I would not stay here.

Maid service everyday! How often do you see that now? The room was better quality than some of the fancy hotels and lodges that I've stayed at in the UK. No cracked/stained tiles, no leaky shower, a toilet with what I swear has jet-assisted flushing! I had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The flooring was seperating and falling apart. The pillows under the pillowcases were dingy. The toilet paper roll holder was dirty/rusted

The place was worth the money in all honesty. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly and kept us cool throughout our 2 night stay. The only complaint (not really a big deal at all) we couldn’t access any of the streaming services on the TV due to it saying we weren’t authorized to access the streaming services. Other than that everything else met expectations!
