The Jane Q restaurant was pleasant and had good food. The staff was friendly, and the valet staff was particularly helpful. Two hesitations in giving them a 5 star review: 1. While the main areas (lobby, restaurants, etc) were beautiful and enjoyable, the room itself was not in good shape. The bathroom sink was cracked. The ceiling in the main room looks like it had been quickly replaced with new drywall, then painted... but the drywall was not taped, and the screws were clearly visible. The furniture was worn and scratched, and the walls and bed headboard were dented, scratched, or torn in half a dozen places. It needs a good facelift if they want to keep charging these rates - it did not feel like a quality room. 2. I found the hotel expensive, but overall not the best value. In addition to the condition of the room, there was a stiff parking fee ($75/night) and a required resort fee, which we did not really need. This added $120 (plus tax) per night. Kimpton is a good brand, but I didn't feel the value was there.

This is a great hotel, in a great location. We had a concert at the palladium and walked there in about 8 minutes. Area wasn’t sketchy and the views from the rooms are great.

The robes they provided gave monk vibes. I guess I expected much more. The rooms were small but clean. It was a very expensive hotel but not in the best part of town for “walking” to the popular sites especially at night. The restaurant made a great breakfast. Did I mention the staff were Excellent!

Excellent and seamless.

Great staff, and the BED!!!!! SOOOOOO. comfortable- may have t get one!!!! Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign and pool area cool. Our breakfast was great and especially our server! We went to the Greek Theater and it was an easy uber. Expensive parking especially if oversized like our Tahoe (90$ /night) but guess that's LA. No coffee maker in room but you can get a Keurig delivered at no charge.

I liked how clean the room was. The bartender displayed an unprofessional and arrogant attitude. My husband asked a question to which he already knew the answer, which I realize can be frustrating, but the bar was completely empty at the time. There was no reason for her rudeness toward us, and I observed that she treated another couple with similar discourtesy. Additionally, the hotel incorrectly charged us for two overnight parking passes despite our one-night stay.

Beautiful hotel! Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Great staff, location and amenities. Natalie was super helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay.
-
Perfect location to hit the Walk of Fame and easy Uber to Griffith Observatory. Breakfast was incredible and evening drinks on the pool deck were so good. View of Hollywood sign was a very cool touch for a family from Australia! Staff were also fantastic- can’t recommend this place highly enough. Nothing.

When you first walk into the lobby, it’s very very humid and hot but as soon as we got into the room, it was blasting the air conditioner. It felt great. Everything else was great.
-
Clean and modern. Our room was specious.

Exceptional

the night supervisor was very rude, and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. I asked questions about my bill and he told me he would cancel and refuse service. Pure 304

Super friendly staff, love the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay!

Good location and room. Staff were very friendly. There were no amenities in the room already available u need to request everything , like default ones coffee machine , microwave etc. parking is 80$ then there is 45$ resort fee which would not be useful at all. Coffee mentioned to be available till 10 closed at 9.30. Breakfast included is limited to order of max 50$ credit. The trick is showing lower base price and then charge all essentials.

Staff were friendly and the hotel room was clean.

Dinner at Written Hand was delicious, room service breakfast from Jane Q was hot and tasty. I love the offer of a beverage with check in. And bath sheets in the rooms! Comfortable and quiet. I’ve stayed for a show at The Greek and for a show at The Bowl. I’ll definitely be back!

All service staff were friendly and professional, starting with valet services. Angel and Melissa with Valet were very helpful. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Harry, our server at Jane Q was wonderful! The shower that didn't fully enclose. It was impossible not to splash some water onto the floor.
