Rooftop pool is a must!

A few areas could be improved: the valet parking fee of $95 per day is extremely high and feels excessive. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during my visit, and I would have preferred hardwood or another hard-surface flooring option instead of carpeting in the rooms. Despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

Stationnement excessivement dispendieux à 95$ US pour 24h. Impossible de laisser le vehicule plus de 10 minutes devant l'hôtel sans quoi des frais de 45$ sont chargés.

Had a great stay at the W! The pool was one of my favorite parts, Yessica took great care of me I had a great experience the 2 days I enjoyed there. The lobby is a perfect spot for breakfast and has a great vibe for drinks at night. The room was spotless, modern, and the automatic blackout curtains were a nice luxury touch. I’ll definitely be back! 5 estrellas.

Good location in Hollywood - and yet feels peaceful. F&B offering good , though queues for coffee shop can be long and food service can be slow if kitchen is busy. Bar is nice and space is big and doesn’t feel crowded. Rooms very nice .. maybe a little dated with their controls of all things from switches around the room that are labelled too small. Watch out !!!! For the additional resort fee charged per day… it’s expensive

Awesome hospitality, clean room, service was outstanding with delicious drinks. Definitely would recommend and visit again!

We booked because it had a lovely pool area and we needed somewhere to chill but when we checked in we were informed that we couldn’t use the pool area with our son because there was an over 21 pool party on that evening. We wouldn’t of booked if we had known this.

The stay was amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the property was well kept. If could give any advice, I would only advise anyone staying there to not park a car. The daily charge for is 95$ dollars a day.

the Pantages which was very convenient for us since we were there for Phantom of the Opera. The staff is great and helpful especially Gabriel at the front desk.

Nice rooms

The room was large and luxurious. The king bed was very comfortable and shower was large enough for two. They served a variety of pastries including almond croissants for breakfast. The staff was very helpful with purchasing event tickets and sightseeing. You can see the Hollywood sign from the pool deck on the roof. My wife and I had the best vacation ever!

This was the best guest experience I have ever had!! The hotel, staff, room was incredible...I felt like a VIP. Will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel was great for the weekend. A walk to Hollywood tourist attractions and a short uber ride to Lake Hollywood Park, Venice beach and more. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The bartenders were nice to talk to and have a night cap before we went up for the night. Would stay here again!
