Such a beautiful hotel! Lobby is STUNNING, the rooftop pool is gorgeous and the room was perfect. Comfortable beds and super clean. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning kept up. The staff here are the real star. So so lovely, especially in the cafe. W, you exceeded expectations. My new favourite hotel. We will be back!

Amazing stay with friends! Even though we arrived pretty late, the vibe from start to the end of our trip felt very elite and yet comfortable.

Amazing first time staying at this property. I've never had so many staff greet us upon arrival. Check in was swift and comp snacks and water given upon arrival. Mat was so communicative even before our arrival ensuring to answer any questions and even set up a bday amenity for my husband. Yessica at the Wet deck was phenomenal, great and speedy service. She was a doll! The only slight annoyance was that there wasn't enough chairs for hotels guests at pool and we had to book a daybed with a min spend of 225 to have a place to sit.

Very pretty property. Clean, modern rooms. Pricey parking but it is LA so… great coffee pods in room. Great location if you want to be in the center of everything Hollywood.

Everything was great during our stay. Staff is always there if you need help. Highly recommend.

Another issue was the water. There was no notice of maintenance, and when we tried to shower at night, there was only freezing-cold water. After calling them, they then finally notified us that they were performing maintenance and would not have hot water until the next day. Would be nice to know beforehand so we could plan accordingly. We also had very noisy neighbors, not the hotels fault, but they were unable to deal with it, especially as it was at 2am and we had an early flight to catch, but could not fall asleep and had to call management 3 times for them to finally deal with the issue. Overall, will not be staying here again.

Mandatory tip was crazy

Hotel is nice but the Hollywood Blvd area is nasty, dirty, and smells like urine. Witnessed two separate homeless attacks on people or stealing from stores.

In the morning I went to the gym. It was hot, no A/C. After work out on my way back I asked at the front desk what is wrong? They said they can turn on AC for me. That made me feel very special, what about other guests? I wasn’t the only one there. For breakfast, went to cafe on a ground floor. Ordered coffee and the danish, ask to warm it up. When I get that garnish, it was hot outside, but ice cold inside. And now, a month later I am still getting charges coming to my Credit Card. I thought I got. a bill, and the bill was settled? Worst experience ever!

The room was clean and the view of the Pantages was rad. Staff was nice and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The rooms are always so clean and the staff is friendly. We have stayed here 2xs and we love it !

It’s a beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed great cocktails nightly at the bar and the rooftop pool is amazing!

Our stay was fantastic, our room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the lounge was great. Would definitely stay here again.
