    very cozy

This place is amazing! All around good vibes, so don't believe any of the bad reviews you see on this place. I was the one who had a little bit too much to drink that night and unfortunately I thought I was already in my long-term Airbnb. I was blocked out drunk and I walked around naked when I wasn't supposed to. I take full responsib.

    Good

Very little privacy, pods are open and communal. Noise can be an issue and cleanliness was poor. The location and entrance felt weird — you enter through the alley and it felt unsafe, surrounded by homeless people everywhere. Bathrooms and shared areas felt cramped and dated.

Staff is efficient once contact is made and I've never had a problem staying here.

The lady manager gave my stored items away and let people just come in and out whenever they want and steal things from people

Knowing that this was in a "very urban" part of Hollywood, the location was great and access to what Hollywood has to offer in all of its weirdness was available. I was there to crash after working all day in LA and it was great to crash and shower comfortably. The mattress and pillow in the sleeping pad was comfortable and able to recharge electronics and WiFi was appreciated. The podmates were protective of the access and the whole experience served the purpose. I'd stay again at any location where my business takes me. The slow responsiveness for access. Once the reservation was confirmed and paid, instructions should have been given how to obtain access. When my request was sent regarding "SECURED" parking it was never answered and I ended up spending $40 for overnight parking. I paid because secured parking is important in that part of Hollywood for my vehicle. I lived in LA for over 30 years so I know the area. I'm far from a tourist. That experience was a little frustrating, but I look forward to going to the Arts District because I spend a lot of time there.

nothing I have never seen a more horrific place in my life, than this one. I paid $76 for one night, which is an absolute rip-off. There are plenty of decent hostels for $27 with breakfast included, but since I am a local and didn't have an onward ticket, I was forced to pick this place. It was a huge mistake. The setup is a nightmare—people are literally sleeping in wooden boxes that feel like a dark basement. The moment you walk in from the street, you see people sleeping; there is zero privacy and zero security. It feels like a public thoroughfare, not a place to stay. The environment was disgusting. The space was filled with dirty, sweaty men, some of whom were clearly aggressive. As a woman, I felt physically threatened and so intimidated that I was afraid to even go to the bathroom, let alone lie down to sleep. This place is barely any different from the homeless camps on the street. I couldn't stand staying there and had to call my friend to pick me up immediately. I asked for a refund since I didn't use the place, but they refused. I had to flee for my own safety. $76 for this is a scam. This place is a safety hazard!

The cleanliness of the sheets and environment did not feel great. My skin reacted harshly to the bed and my friend also began to feel itchy and uncomfortable. Overall just felt warm and musty from the moment we stepped in. The bathroom was okay and kept clean though. Almost hard to find parking and needing to walk to the actual location which is down a small side street alley. You WILL have to pay for parking. Definitely plan ahead for parking and to pay $22-$40 overnight. There are many cool places to check out nearby like shops/nightlife/etc.
