Loved it except no closet. But loved this staff, the beef at the restaurant, the bar, the pool, even the location. Neighborhood wasn’t great but I still loved the location farmers market. I really had a great week there! I brought my kids and their partners for my USC graduation! Loved it. Expensive but worth it!

Cool hotel with lots happening. Evening happy hour appreciated. The staff parking your cars was amazing. The older gentleman (Mexican-Am) working outside was always friendly and so kind. I wished I remembered his name. He was a great ambassador for the hotel.

Hollywood Volume was a fantastic place to stay at in Hollywood. Very easy to get around just about anywhere in the area. Rooms were clean and the staff were great

Good location, great vibe if you’re up for partying. Room was pretty nice and had a good view. They really need to work on their marketing/how they position this hotel. I was aware there was a rooftop bar and a restaurant, which was part of the charm, but when I checked in the staff said something along the lines of “now remember, this is like a lifestyle hotel, so we have parties and it can be loud.” When I was checking out (early) I heard a staff member saying the same thing to another couple checking in. It was loud in my room at night. Like very loud. If I was at the start of my trip and with my partner and up for partying it would have maybe been okay, but I had to checkout early as I had trouble sleeping. The room itself was really nice, restaurant was good and I’m sure the rooftop was great - but to enjoy this place you need to be up for partying - like if you’re going to be out all night in LA anyway and then just pass out here, perfect. But if you’re not into that (like the older couples I saw checking in), you won’t have a good time.

There were a couple little problems with the room: the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, so you couldn’t wash your face in the sink. We discovered this after midnight and were too tired to call the front desk to deal with it, so we just washed our faces using the shower. Also the tv would randomly turn itself off, but we weren’t spending enough time in the room for it to be a real issue. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room because the line to get coffee in the lobby in the morning was 30 minutes long. The in-room ordering app gave us an error message so we had to go downstairs to order, which defeats the purpose. So there were definitely problems—but we weren’t spending enough only there for one night so we were able to deal with it.

The hotel looked beautiful and very upscale inside. The staff was well dressed, friendly, and always helpful whenever I had questions. I had a great experience during my stay and would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

This a great boutique hotel in a great location. Clean and well maintained. Things to keep in mind: shower water temperature is warm mostly and not hot; no coffee machine, fridge or water kettle in the room; there is a mandatory 15 $ fee for each room daily to be used in the vacinty as voucher money.
