The staff on front desk were extremely rude about my booking that I had to literally leave the hotel before checking in! Extremely rude and non helpful people I have ever seen in a hotel. I had to stand next to him and book another hotel. The staff on front desk were extremely rude about my booking that I had to literally leave the hotel before checking in! Nothing special , its on walk frame hollywood but location is on backside , little wared . As per booking my room is large room with city view but when i reached they given me large room as per my booking but they don’t have city view . Later they ask me 40$ per night if need. So it’s kind of disappointment , i paid for city view to booking . Com but room was not city view. Washroom is are so small. We can say it’s guest house not hotel. Monday and Tuesday restaurent full closed strange.

Staff valet were not welcoming.

Super comfortable, close to the strip, had no issues with noise from the roof (third floor room). Staff were super nice to us and got to know us and offered recommendations for our stay in LA. Very affordable and great location. Carpet wasn't very clean but hard to keep spotless, I guess, given the location. Would need regular shampooing. The rooms were far cleaner than heavy foot traffic areas.

front desk staff : one person was super friendly, the other one not as much

EVERYTHING Can’t complain about anything.

Cool vibe, but the staff are a bit aloof. Noise on a Saturday night is louder than you would want. Bring ear plugs.

The location. Small rooms.

Loved the rooftop bar too! Nothing

Great and cozy restaurant Friday evening was very loud with a party going on in the neighborhood. The blinds do not cover all the windows. Bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to noise or light.

I love the quirkiness of my guestroom. There should be a sign that explains that to get the overhead rainfall shower to work, you have to push or pull the button. It was very disappointing that as a hotel guest the rooftop restaurant wouldn't allow me to order any food when I arrived at 10:40pm on Monday evening. I was told by the front desk and Security that the restaurant closed at 11:00pm.

Room was clean The room was very basic. The water in the sink only ran hot. Basic amenities like iron, ironing board, coffee machine, microwave, all were missing. They didn't even give basic toileteries like body lotion or shampoo which are usually present in all hotels. Location security was also questionable. Breakfast not included.

Location, staff and the vibe.

The room is nice and bed is large and super comfy. TV works well, although you could do with a guide. Not many other facilities like a coffee machine etc unless we didn't find them. I liked the toiletries and powerful shower. Kept awake until 2am by the rooftop party (we were on floor 5). We mentioned this to the staff at check out, hoping they'd offer some compensation (money off/free breakfast etc) as a good will gesture or at least an apology but the woman on the desk couldn't have cared less. She simply said 'Yeah makes sense, as it did go on until 2". They need to better soundproof the rooms, warn guests, offer earplugs etc. I am pregnant so the disruption to my sleep is even more of an issue. We mentioned this as well as she barely reacted. We told the hotel so they could try to resolve this problem, rather than just leave a bad review, but that was clearly of no concern to her. It's very expensive for one night and when you have such bad sleep and unresponsive staff it's not worth it.

The best pancakes!!! And staff is very kind and helpful. Nice hotel with a great vibe :)) Everything perfect! Except that there was a party at the little bar next door to the hotel and I could hear their music very loud in my room, there was actually an air vent that transported sound as it was a speaker (very weird), unfortunately that air vent was right next to my bed and I had to wait until 2:00 am for the party to end. Really nothing that the hotel could have done, unfortunately. Just ask for a room that does not have air vents LOL.

everything. nothing.

Location, deco No window (it’s just facing the wall) and make it a bit suffocating. Also the masks are a bit spooky
-
Location is good for areas like the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Be warned - this is a bit of a 'party' hotel. The rooftop gets really loud, and the walls are thin. Our shower didn't work properly and the hot water was hit and miss.

It was close to somewhere I was going. Rooftop Bar and restaurant down stairs were fun to hang out at. Rooftop music was extremely loud. Could here it even from my room.

The hotel super clean and comfy Nothing
