Comfortable room and nice pool. The staff has zero hospitality skills. No friendliness. Everything they do for you seems like a chore. No eye contact or smiles or basic human to human skills.

If charging extra for pets should have a place to walk them, not just the scary neighborhood around the hotel!

Hotel was great. Bridgette in reception was lovely and super helpful.

The property was so beautiful! Our family enjoyed our entire weekend. It was beautiful and clean and just amazing. The food, the amenities and the vibes were 10/10 ! Bridgettejoy at reception was so lovely and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!!

They immediately changed our room when we were unsatisfied with the air conditioning. The rooms are amazing and spotless. Extra attention from Bridget Joy. She made trip extra special. She made a special treat for our granddaughters birthday trip! There are not enough superlatives to express our gratitude for her attention! Absolutely everyone wonderful and welcoming. But Bridget Joy outshined them all. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very beautiful!! Great location!! We were not given a run around or tour of the place or given the treatment everyone else staying there got. My now fiancé had asked beforehand if he proposed there in LA if we would be given anything and they told him we would be given a free bottle of wine. The day we got engaged, 7/1, we told the front desk staff, showed the engagement ring and they congratulated us and told us they would definitely give us something special. We got nothing the whole stay and heard nothing from them. It sounded so promising as this was such a memorable moment for us newly engaged couple. The water was cold for a shower the first day there too. We let the water run for 20 minutes, still cold. My fiancé called the front desk who contacted maitenence. They claimed that no one takes a shower "that early". It was 6am and we were visiting from the East Coast. Terrible experience overall. No microwave or fridge. We were given a room, not what we booked. But were exhausted so stayed in the room given. Will not stay again.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel, consistently having a great experience! Location is premium, the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly.

The other small issue we had in our room was a lamp that would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. It’s activated by touch, and I know no one was touching it at 2am. After the second night of having this happen, I unplugged it and that was taken care of.

I loved staying here. My room was a fantastic corner unit on the 4th floor with a big balcony and a view of the Hollywood sign (from the balcony). The hotel was top-notch, super clean, with a chic-but-not-pretentious feel and a perfect rooftop pool and bar to top it all off. Nice ground-level lobby/lounge bar as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful snd staff was wonderful! Pool and area were amazing and not overly trendy. Nightclub was fun and a nice treat.
