Location was good. The air conditioner wouldn't work properly & it was very complicated. Made for a restless night.

Great location and clean Pleasant property, but rooms are tiny super super tiny

The staff here was excellent. Assisted us with parking options and waived the amenity fees after we moved to them from a dirty hotel and had a rough start to our trip. Room was very clean.

Their option for parking was valet service. I had a hotel room so I should have got $20 off but they charged anyway. We had left a backpack with shorts a tablet and towels in it as well as sunglasses in the car. On the tracking device it said it was still at the hotel parking area and at the hotel but the staff said they didn’t see it. It was never taken out of the car within the time we were there. We even checked the hotel room and they haven’t said they found anything so a very odd unpleasant situation.

For over $300 a night, I expected much better. Although the lobby and elevator floors were being mopped, the tile and grout were visibly dirty and need a deep cleaning. Our room was clean, but with four guests we received only three towels. I called the front desk for more, but they never arrived. The shower's body wash dispenser was also empty, and although I reported it, it was never refilled. The rooftop pool was much smaller than expected. The pool floor had black mold-like stains, the surrounding glass was covered with hard water spots, and the pool deck was extremely slippery, likely due to mold or algae, creating a safety hazard. There was no attendant at the pool bar. The hallway smelled strongly of marijuana despite the hotel being smoke-free. Our air conditioning didn't work. I reported it, was told someone would come, but no one ever did and it never worked. The balcony had old, dried, dead flowers and plants on every balcony. We later had to close our balcony because people were smoking marijuana below. Our room filled with the smell. Frustrating. I was disappointed that none of the issues I reported were resolved. I also have photos/videos documenting the property's condition and the marijuana smokers if management would like to review them. Extremely disappointed! Save your money pick

The staff was nice. Room is small however they make great use of the space. It’s well thought out. Paying for early check in.

The property was clean and felt very safe. I went alone with my daughter and did not feel unsafe once. The area also had good restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Had a good stay overall.
