The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood

Myra at the downstairs bar was extremely hospitable and helpful when our server said there was no creamer. Myra went downstairs to get the flavored creamer we were requesting because upstairs was out. Staff that willingly go over and beyond are hard to come by.

Every thing was good. The sink was slow draining and the toilet didn’t flush well

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Close to hollywood attractions, had the coolest interior design very moody and fun. Enjoyed their bar and food. The rooftop pool was so cool! The staff was so sweet and prompt, I will definitely be back here.

Modern hotel in a good location away from the main walk of fame but close enough in walking distance. Good connection to the hills and surrounding Hollywood area. Room was up on the fifth floor but was quite noisy from the traffic in the area.

Rooftop bar and pool inaccessible because of private functions. These private functions created many drunk loud people that over ran the place. No towels in room when we checked in, then took 40min to arrive when asked for.

Hundreds of people may be attending which causes the elevator to be very busy and have longer wait time.. Another party was held at noon at the pool so you can also forget about using the pool.. The hotel does not even update when you are checking in..

This was really a wonderful surprise of an experience, very chic and cozy, and also really modern and sophisticated and, at least according to the crowds of young ones I saw coming down from the rooftop lounge, trendy! Really happy to have found a new go to place to stay when I’m in town visiting

The room came with a double bed for my son & I. When I asked for a room with 2 single beds, we had to pay extra. I found this strange as we had no such issues with our other hotels in LA & SF.

The hotel was in a good location, plenty of shops, transport around. The room was clean. We unfortunately had a very small room by than what it looked like online. Even though it would be good for 1/2 nights it was noisy. They didn’t mention anything prior to the booking or at check-in that there would be an amenities fee of around £25 per night added on. (For water in the room, fresh towels and access to the pool?) which we had no option to pay at check out. This should have been clearly stated prior

Rooms are great and clean! Rooftop bar is amazing and dj was a nice surprise! The area isn’t spectacular but the hotel itself is great

I suggest bringing u a steamer when u come or if u can get an iron into your luggage the hotel doesn’t offer an iron . Everything else was perfect 10/10 they do have $60 a night valet service

Food is not worth the price. I don’t mind paying but hire chefs that can make the food flavorful.

Nothing. Music playing all night long. Called front desk they said it’s not them having a party and hung up. Rooms are definitely not worth the price you’re paying on top of everything.

Location. It is close to all the major attractions in Hollywood. Safe place to stay. Security from the hotel and security from Netflix across the street are walking around. Great food in both restaurants in the hotel.

staff were friendly got upgraded complementary breakfast and happy hour.. private parties on the roof but we were allowed to join in. pool area is amazing
