Location is great, cozy stay in Hollywood, room was tidy and clean, picked a city view room, such a perfect view from higher floors. rooftop is great! sound isolation could be better, or just our neighbours were loud :(

I stayed here for 3 nights, and everything was awesome. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. It's very accessible to everything!

Charged for coffee and loud doors slamming all night

The room was clean Room was a little small and the windows were filthy. Had a nice latte coffee in the bar on ground floor.

Water pressure was terrible. Our room got to 82 degrees one day, and had to have maintenance come fix it. Pillows were flat and not comfortable. The prices for the dinning attached were way too expensive for the quality of food offered. 38$ for a standard hotel breakfast is crazy work.

The location was great, 15 minute walk to Hollywood Boulevard (walk of fame). Hotel was beautiful, staff were very friendly, very helpful, polite and acknowledging. The valet people always said good morning and good evening when we were leaving the hotel. Pool is stunning and bar staff in hotel lovby bar and pool bar were all great and attentive. The room was small, courtyard view so couldn’t open window or curtains so it made the room feel smaller. The air con, how cold it was when we left our room into the corridor and how cold it was in the bar area. We had to ask them one evening to ammend it and we also put our jackets on. It didn’t need to be as cool in the evenings in the hotel.

A last minute stay for me (08-22-2026) but my room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was very convenient and the rooftop amenities were very well maintained. Prices for drinks at the rooftop bar were a bit steep in my opinion but I otherwise had a great time. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you.
